Pros:Location was good.
Cons:We picked the hotel because it had free parking and airport shuttle but were told when we checked in we could leave our car there for our flight.
Cons:Elevator was out of service and they offered a refund for the stay since I am disabled. I have yet to see the refund.
Pros:Staff was nice. Considering the issues out of their control
Cons:Elevator broken. Pool not open on Fourth of July??? Come on!!!
Pros:Traveled with my family to visit our daughter at UVM's Family Weekend. Most area hotels were sold out and La Quinta also raised their prices. Happy with the very friendly and accommodating ppl that worked at the hotel. Considering some other pricing this is a perfectly OK place to stay. Note: it's not a Hilton or Marriott, it's a La Quinta.
Pros:It was close to the airport and inexpensive
Cons:Our toilet wouldn’t flush. I needed to drop my boyfriend off at the airport at 4:30 am so I said we can deal with that, we’re only here a short while. But I was too tired to drive an hour and a half home so I went back to try to sleep a couple hours. About 7 am a woman was sobbing and screaming I’m sorry in what I thought was the next room. I wasn’t sure if I should call the front desk or police. It went on for a while and I finally realized it was near my window. I looked out and she was below on the sidewalk. I left shortly afterward...
Pros:Room was nice and clean, staff was friendly.
Cons:The door was warped and did not latch very well.

Cons:Door stuck Outdated room with stain on the ceiling No thermostat: heater/air conditioner unit seems to be from the 50s or 60s. Manual operation with lots of noise. They only give you a single coffee packet. No tea. Coffee maker is set up in the bathroom (!!!) with the cord screwed into the wall, so you can't even move it Carpet somehow stained Extremely noisy fan when you turn on the bathroom light

Cons:Upon waking up on my last morning, I had 2 itchy, red welts...I got bed bugs...more have since developed! They do not offer conditioner (only a combination of shampoo and conditioner), only The exercise room is very bare bones, one treadmill and one crappy bike The hallway floors did not get vacummed once during my 3 day stay, they were dirty and full of salt from outside
Pros:The gentleman at the front desk had a great sense of humor. There was a nice selection at the continental breakfast which can be tricky because of my dietary restrictions. The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was great for the price point we were looking for.
Cons:I really enjoy when I can peruse a binder in the room with information about hotel amenities and area attractions. I was able to find information about the amenities online and area attractions in the lobby.
