Pros: Situated right on the beach. Great drinks. The junior suite was up to expectation. Hospitality and service was top notch! Easy communication prior to check in as I wanted surprise my girlfriend with champagne. The pool with the hamam was excellent. Good value for money. Would stay there again and would also recommend it.

Pros: Comfortable room with a great location close to the beach and amenities in Sopot. Hotel was quiet and bed was good.

Cons: The hotel is quite small so there's no facilities like a bar or place to have a snack but since it's in the center of town there are a lot of options nearby.

Cons: Need to upgrade the TVs in the rooms. I could not use my firestick due to not having the correct remote control for the tv to switch the source.

Pros: The staff were very friendly. Everyone was going the extra mile to make sure we had a pleasant stay. For example - I ordered a bottle of Prosecco and just wanted to take it to our room, but the barman Marcin W insisted on taking up to the room himself and opening it for us. A little gesture which made us feel special. We also enjoyed the hotel facilities- pool was great. The kids playroom was also a nice feature. Even though the hotel is a bit outside the central part of Sopot, it’s only a few minute walk away. I’d highly recommend it.

Pros: Location is good, near the sea and about 15 minute walk from main street with shops and restaurants. Spa and Pool is nice.

Cons: The hotel needs a little TLC and didn't reflect the pictures on booking.com. Perhaps the pictures are a bit dated. We ordered a room with a double bed. I recieved an email confirmation through booking.com from the hotel that the request for a double bed was confirmed. When we checked in and went up to the room, there were two seperate single beds there. I went downstairs to reception to explain the issue to the man working in reception. He suggested we push the two beds together. I said no, that is not a good solution, I want a double bed so I'm not sleeping in a crack for two days. The man offered another room, that was connected to a room with a family so we decided to opt for pushing the two beds together. What I am really unhappy about is that the man lied to me saying all the double beds in the hotel are two singles pushed together with a sheet on top. I literally saw a double bed in the other room. He also offered no apology, maintaining that the issue was of our own design. A simple apology would have sufficed. I know it was a busy time and mistakes can be made. I ended up sleeping on the two single beds pushed together as I didn't want to ruin my trip arguing with such a poor representative of the hotel.

Pros: Great place to stay in Sopot. About 10 minutes of relaxing walk in a nice villa district to get to the main street. About 10 minutes from a beach. Lovely breakfasts and rooms. In short - the jest place I could choose in Sopot!

Cons: A little bit noisy from the railway, that goes near by, even with closed windows. For us was not critical.

Pros: The house had a nice design. It's a classic house and inside the decor suits the house. The staff was friendly and the stay was pleasant.

Cons: The breakfast omlette was fresh, but way too greasy for me. The rest of the breakfast was good.

Pros: Location is good. This villa is overpriced, breakfast is very very poor with very little variety to choose from. Towels was not changed even when left on the floors. Design and rooms was good.

Pros: Excellent breakfast buffet. Was able to take the only spot, disabled parking, but had my blue card. The taste of the "Chinese" food was great, but, questionable.

Cons: Bad location of room, farthest distance from restaurant in space. Had to eat "Chinese" meal in poor area of restaurant due to party in main dining room. Ordered one bed for two, got twin beds that squeaked when moving in them. Room faced outer fence, not open to the inner court. Service was very poor in the restaurant, had to remind them that one of items did not arrive, which it did after my meal was finished. We left after breakfast following the first night, couldn't take it any more.

Cons: Old, worn out hotel. Cold ( no heating) restaurant at breakfast (January). Cold in the room at night (poor heating). Used rooms and can hear your neighbours. Hard to say anything good apart from nice and helpful receptionist.

Pros: Location, i.e. Beach front. It was awesome. Ambience was good. Minute art works in the table was extraordinary.

Cons: I suggest you to include few items in buffet Breakfast like fish fingers, french fry, chicken nuggets, sandwich. I was not satisfied with the buffet breakfast.

Pros: The only positive aspect of staying there is location (central and close to main attractions).

Cons: I was very disappointed by this facility. The picture shows a nice building. In reality you enter (on the side) an old staircase to climb to the second (European)/third (American) floor. There is a recently renovated apartment (in a cheap way) where single rooms are rented. Our room was small (with adjacent included bathroom). There was enough space for the bed and tiny table. Old TV set, small closet and folded cheap chairs (with not much space to put them anyway) completed the furnishings. It wasn't a place you would want to spend any more time in than necessary. Across the hall there was a room which was rented to a big group of young people. They didn't have their bathroom so they kept parading half naked all the time. They made a lot of noise at 4.30 in the morning while having a breakfast in the open kitchen. It felt like staying at the dorm! The person supervising is not there (other than the time to collect money and give the key). She didn't even come back for the check out. Overall unless you really like the location and there is nothing else available there, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Cons: The staff was impossible to get in touch with. They didn’t answer the telephone nor emails. Another tenant had to help me find the apartment. Not enough sheets or towels were left for my family. The “fully equipped kitchen” was horribly stocked. And there is no stove or anything to cook meals on. And absolutely no dining area as stated in the property details. There is a horrible musky and moldy smell in the apartment and the bedding. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.
