Pros (+) The location was perfect (right in the main square), and it's right above the mos popular restaurant in town: The Girl and the Fig. I loved the staff and the decor in the rooms... so cute! I also really liked that there wasn't really a television. It's perfect for quality time!
Cons (-) Everything that was lacking you sort of should already be aware of when you sign up for a boutique B&B: no TV or room phone; light street noise (because it's on the main town square), no designated parking (again, because it's on the main town square).
