I have been in Napa Valley for 6 months and have rented cars from Enterprise 6 different occasions. Sami was always pleasant and professional. That is a very busy car rental office and every time I was there it was busy and Sami and her Staff where always happy and eager to accommodate. YOU can always tell when a location has a good leader by the way the Staff treats their guests and their attitude. When offering driver protection, you think you are buying it from enterprise. But you are actually buying it on kayaks website separate from the rental car purchase. This is misleading because you think you are buying it from Enterprise when you are not. This is misleading at best and deceptive at worst. The CFPB should examine this practice. Note, this is not enterprise’s fault, this is kayaks poor customer experience.10,0 Wonderful
