Guests say
Guests were highly impressed by the hotel's outstanding service, with many singling out staff members for their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to accommodate requests. The location was praised for its proximity to local attractions and scenic surroundings. Many guests highlighted the beautiful amenities, such as the pool, spa, and well-maintained grounds, which contributed to a relaxing atmosphere. Cleanliness was also frequently mentioned as a positive aspect, with rooms and facilities described as spotless and comfortable. While most feedback was positive, a few guests noted issues with the pool being under construction, occasional noise, and isolated service lapses, but these did not overshadow the overall positive experience.

Wonderful
Jorge Carlos, Sept 2019
Pros (+) Staff was real friendly and you could see they were happy with their job and wanted you to have a great time, the food was good, value for price was excellent.
Cons (-) Maybe if you wanted to be near Napa, but Sonoma has a lot of vineyards and it’s own thing.

Poor
Jared, Oct 2018
Cons (-) We were shown a room at the Manor House overlooking construction. Room had a full bed and was dated. Had to leave and request refund from American Express and pay double for last minute accommodations. Front desk unwilling to help other than show us a room with the same view on the first floor. Would never stay here and pictures / advertising of hotel extremely deceiving.
