The shuttle service is not really a shuttle. Its a bus and you have to walk with your luggage at least 2 blocks to the bus stop. The carpet in the hallways is filthy! Bad first impression. Room was clean, shower drain is very slow so you have to turn the shower off during bathing to let it drain or it will over flow. Only 1 bath towel per person, no hand or wash cloth.

Cons (-) Its really far from the city, so you cant improve that. Maybe try to differentiate sections of the airport. If you walk the length, the enviroment seems to repeat.
