Pros: Nothing, They refused to honor their CVD19 response and would not allow me to cancel.
Cons: If it would have mention ANYWHERE that they have two rates and one rate is non-refundable. Their CVD19 response doesn't even mention two rates and only one being able to cancel. I filed a complainant with the BBB, and I have escalated to their leadership. I am not asking for special treatment, I was only asking they honor their statements. I will NEVER book with them again. I plan to report them as fraud to my credit card company.
Pros: Staff was friendly, put picking up was a long wait time because there was only 1 person working.

Pros: Not much. This was the worst car rental experience I have ever had.
Cons: First, the phones were done at the rental agency and had been for 10 days. There was no way to contact anyone. The first car I picked up had the check engine light come on when I returned home. I returned to the rental agency and was given a second car, when I got home and loaded the car for the trip, it would not start. The first company Sixt sent was incapable of fixing or even had the knowledge to fix the broken key fob, as promised. I had to wait over 4.5 hours for a third car to be delivered to my home and the second car to be towed out of my garage. It delayed our trip. To add insult to injury I couldn’t get anyone on the phone from customer service and multiple days to get a return call from the branch manager. It took me a total of 10 1/2 hours , 3 cars and 2 tow companies to finally receive a working rental car. I will never use Sixt again, and quite frankly, Kayak shouldn’t sell their services.

Cons: Customer service, when I picked up the car I felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. Also it took them over an hour to get me a car even thought there was no one else there.
Cons: I asked way ahead of time for a refund bc I was unable to make my trip due to Covid. No one ever answered my email or returned my phone calls.

Cons: Vehicle Smells like a mixture of cigarette smoke and marijuana but I didn’t have time to go back in and ask for a different car. Had a headache every time after driving.
Cons: We had to cancel because of COVID and they wouldn’t provide a refund.
Pros: The vehicle was very nice and clean.
Cons: The employee was very rushed and left immediately after giving us the keys. We needed her after and could not get any help because she left and closed the store. We found out upon pickup that we couldn’t take the vehicle outside of Georgia and that was an issue for us. We called customer service who said there was nothing we could do. Therefore the next day I had to go in and return the vehicle and ask for our additional driver to be refunded, which they did. The prepaid amount has not and I had to file a claim with my credit card company because the regional restriction on the vehicle was not disclosed when I booked the car. This entire ordeal was extremely stressful and also delayed my trip that I rented the car for significantly. I returned it and got a car elsewhere.
Pros: Since they have moved to on-airport location it's so much nicer with not having to ride the shuttle to the old off-site location, although it wasn't all that bad. Prices usually the best around.
Cons: Wiping/drying the outside mirrors after washing.
