Cons:They gave away my car because they said I arrived more than an hour late than my reservation time. My flight was delayed so nothing I could do and the reservation terms did not say anywhere that my reservation would expire if I’m late. I had to wait three hours for someone else to return a similar car to rent.Reviewed Jan 5 2020

Pros:Fuel milage of the diesel vehicle although that is not what I rented.Cons:First vehicle I had was full of mold. Irritated my eyes and throat so bad had to return it after an hour. Second identical 2014 Passat DIESEL was cleaner inside, no mold, but on second day every idiot light illuminated. I didn't have time to return it so just drove it that way. A rental car shouldn't be 5 years old with 40k miles on it. Never again Advantage, never again!Reviewed Oct 8 2019

Cons:Reserved an SUV. None available when we arrived. Gave us a van with a remote key that didn’t work (didn’t find out until after we left)and low tire pressure. Had to return the next day and take 2 hours from our vacation plans to swap out the vehicle. Not happy with the entire experience.Reviewed Oct 8 2019

Cons:My flight was late. I called and notified the rental company ahead of time. They said they would reserve my car but when I got there they tried to charge me $140 more than my kayak booking because “the new rate had changed”.
