Value 5/5 Staff 5/5 Vehicle 1/5 The EV we rented was terrible. I see why it was so cheap to rent. The battery range was so inaccurate and terribly low. Maybe good for strictly city driving but we couldn’t even take a 2 hour road trip without having to make sure there was a charging station around because the battery was so bad. Really wouldn’t recommend the DS 3 Etense without a disclaimer.Reviewed Oct 22 2023

Pro: The price was low and the people were great. Con: they need a much clearer set of directions to find the car pickup location in the nearby parking garage. I used the wrong door, and lost nearly an hour trying find my car. It drove even the employees crazy, since it wasnt where it should have been parked. This is temporary.Reviewed Oct 1 2023

Cons:Rep who checked in was horrible. 8 times I told him that I had Ins coverage with my credit card benefits. Each time he refused and charged me anyway. At one time he said the res wasn’t theirs, other time he said I could leave. Unbelievably poor service and misleading info. Please report this guy to execs... he needs to go or be retrained.
