Pros:
Car that we got at the end was great. Return was smooth and quick.Cons:
Confusion, misinformation first day and no car for winter conditions in Sweden, no money back. I had to call Sixt headquarter to sort it out. Car was provided next day. Maybe I should inform to get car with winter tires, although all other rentals I asked had them as standard. My problem is the communication at the branch. Next time I will go with a different car rental.8,0 Very Good

Cons:
The drop off of car rentals is less than third world. Out in elements. Rain or shine.and lots of rain in Denmark. They just changed a few months ago from not so good system to incredibly stupid and consumer unfriendly. Having lived in Denmark and being married t a Dane, I am stunned by the stupidity of the current drop off, both for those returning cars and those poor souls who work there all day. Dumb. Dumb. Dumb.Budget

I had a flat tire, and there was no spare tire. It took them 5 hours to exchange the car on a rainy day with 4 adults and 5 kids. I had to go to the airport to pick up another car and go back to pick up my family with all the luggage from the street. All in all it set us back a lot because we lost time out of that day and it made us cancel our following day plans.10,0 Wonderful

Pricing didn't include any insurances (which is odd in EU) and I had to call to Budget to get the prices. nevertheless. price was OK and all worked as expected.8,0 Very Good
