Cons: Maybe have the vehicle that I requested weeks in advance at the location when I arrive. But like all other reviewers have said that’s there game. Get you there and you have to pay hundreds more to upgrade or only get $20 off to downgrade!
Cons: I opted into an upgrade at the ATL airport. Pickup was great friendly staff BUT the attendant sold me an upgrade and overcharged me after I told him my max price. Also when I wanted to discuss at drop off the agent was more interested in playing a game on her phone than helping me! Don’t rent here.

Cons: A Toyota Camy is not what I wanted, but it was substituted for a Chrysler 300 that I had specified. The 300 is a full sized vehicle, and I specifically wanted a full sized vehicle for the room. I have owned a Camry, and it is not a full sized vehicle even though that's what it is considered by the rental car agency. We had five people - one with a car seat - and they were not comfortable. It would have been another $100 to upgrade to "premium", and we were going to drive the car very little. A bit disappointed...

Cons: After I finally found the counter, I realized the agents were only outside. Waited over an hour for my reserved car, while people without reservations or proper reservation credentials argued with the 1 agent working. I reserved a car, got stuck with a station wagon. I'm not 100 years old, why would I want to drive a station wagon? I paid extra for a Mercedes sedan. They were out. Then the agent tries to upsell me an SUV, still not a Mercedes. The deposit for said station wagon was $500! I travel and rent vehicles a lot. I have NEVER paid a $500 deposit! The vehicle wasn't brought to me. I had to hunt it down and jump a parking fence with my luggage to get to it. The vehicle wasn't cleaned and it had a big crack in the windshield. Tried to call customer service and you can only email. I get an email back the next business day that wasn't very friendly. When you pay a $500 deposit and need to return the car before they open, you want to be sure you aren't charged for the damages you didn't do! Waiting for my deposit to be released back to my credit card. Praying that is a successful transaction! NEVER again will I rent with Stix rental car! BEWARE!
