Cleanliness of car - it smelt of smoke/recreational drugs. Otherwise the vehicle was fantastic - good condition, fuel efficient and comfortable to drive. Drop of experience was fantastic. Pick up was great too. Terminal check-in experience was OK.Reviewed Apr 16 2024

I prepaid for a minivan and was scheduled to pick up at 8:00 on a Friday. I didn’t get a vehicle until 12:56 PM. Even after waiting nearly 5 hours they didn’t have a minivan so I had to take a smaller SUV due to a deadline I had: I also had to put and additional $200 deposit down when I picked the car up. The day after I returned it they took an additional $260 out of my account without warning or reason. When I contacted them by phone their customer service agent said she was unable to refund anything to me because the ATL Airport branch hadn’t officially closed the booking yet. Then they had the audacity I charge me a fee turning it in a little late when they had me waiting 5 hours and refused to give me an upgrade vehicle they had available unless I paid extra for it. I am still waiting on the final email saying they closed the booking so they can refund the money they stole from my account.Reviewed Oct 18 2022
