Pros:I like the vehicle.Cons:I still have not got my refund for my deposit of $300.00 4 days after I returned the vehicle, and budget airlines does not have anyone I can speak to on this. So at this point, after calling over 6 times and not being able to get anyone, I’m going to escalate the hell out of this until budget Car Rental refunds me my deposit of $300.00.Reviewed Apr 20 2021

Pros:nothing to like. horrible service, gross car, huge van instead of compact, so much wrong with this experience. at least we got a carseat we requested for the toddler, that's the only thing that didn't go absolutely wrong.Cons:I waited for 6.5 hours after my scheduled pickup time, exhausted after an international flight with my family (including a small child), and was eventually given a huge family van instead of the efficiency I requested. It had a gross muffin on the floor, and caramel or something gooey on the center console area. Staff was outrageously rude, and I wasn't the only one waiting for hours. It was such a nightmare.
