The location was excellent and the breakfast very good.
I had a 2 story room and it was very inconvenient because since the closet was downstairs I constantly had to run up and down the stairs.
The hotel was lovely and the location great. The breakfast overlooking the sea was very special. The lobby was very nice.
I think there was a great discrepancy between the attitude of the male and female receptionists. The female was on duty when we arrived. She showed us a duplex room which looked treacherous. We asked for and took a room on one floor. It was dark, small and near the service elevator. Perhaps, it was in response to two women travelling alone. The male receptionist was helpful and delightful. He made good suggestions for dinner and helped us with the internet. It was too late to change rooms because we were only there for 2 nights.
Excellent location and staff... very helpful and professional. Quality interiors and Junior suite was large and comfortable for the money.
It's located in a quiet area and especially so at night! Free parking across street in lighted exclusive lot. Comfortable beds, firm foam. Top floor location for breakfast with nice view. When there was a toilet flush problem we were given another room without any hesitation.
Wi-Fi only in downstairs lounge. Tall-sided bath tube instead of walk-in shower. Inexcusably bad coffee for breakfast (This is Italy!!) The toilet stopped flushing so we had to move rooms.
convenient to the town and harbour. a very pleasant situation
I was most disappointed that the terrace was closed "due to an infestation of animals" as one member of staff explained to me. The boat transfer to a beach (as decribed on the website) was also not available. Its cessation in mid September was not mentioned on the site.
