Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's breakfast and pool, especially the family-friendly aquatic area and the variety at breakfast. Many found rooms to be clean and comfortable, and several reviews highlighted helpful and friendly staff. However, there were repeated complaints about staff rudeness, issues with cleanliness in some rooms, noise, and occasional maintenance problems with amenities like the pool and hot tub. Some guests also mentioned billing issues and strong odors in rooms. Overall, positives centered on breakfast, the pool, and comfort, but service and cleanliness were inconsistent.AI-generated from customer reviews
