Pros (+) Proximity to public transport. Free mobile.
Cons (-) Poor ventilation in the toilet, unable to dry clothes properly. Also unable to reduce aircon temperature in the room.

Cons (-) A bit far from the Novena MRT station. I settled for traveling on UBER most of the time instead of using the MRT. However, the area around Balestier was good for the local food.
