Agva is around 2 hours travel from Istanbul by car. Arriving at the property, we were welcomed were awaited already. The property itself is more of a cottage house at the river. The staff (Ümit) was super friendly and helped us understand everything (from menu to where to go around the town etc). The breakfast was a great selection of different food. The view from the terrace is great! Just sitting in the garden swing chair and enjoying the view.
The pictures suggested us a very clean and romantic place - it surely was like that some years ago. There are a lot of repairs and improvements needed. The shower head didn't work. The furniture is outdated and very old (partly broken). The hot tub (jacuzzi) didn't have proper hot water (we used boiled water to heat it up). If we wouldn't speak Russian, it would be very difficult to get around as it seemed that nobody understands English.

We stayed in suit room. The room was decorated very well. İt was clean and big enough. The bed was comfy. The balcony and the view was amazing! The staff was helpful and kind.
The jakuzi was clean enogh but can be more. Eating&drinking was little bit expensive, can be more competitive. Otherwise everything was great.
