Pros: By having a top floor within this large hotel complex designated to service, guests are looked after with true 5 star Cambodian hospitality. The gracious staff who attend to all requests from temple sites, drivers, guides, as well as recommendations to the best artisan shops, etc. I highly recommend The Privilege Floor by Borei. The rooms are spacious with balcony and ensuite Cambodian-style which after all is why one goes to Cambidia, and the food in Damnak restaurant was the best Khmer food we experienced.

There was a great spread at the buffet ( although the in room dining had only limited options ) . A special mention for the Mudita Spa, its undoubtedly been one of the best spa experience !! Cons: We asked for a vegetarian meal. Chef promised us that, but we could smell fish sauce in our food. When I pointed that our to the chef, he said he specially prepared it and that there was no fish sauce, but we could clearly smell it.

The hotel has two great restaurants, the garden is very pretty and relaxing, and they arranged spa service for us even though it was very late (after day-long tours) and in short notice. I will recommend all my friends to stay here if they visit Siem Reap. Location (being in somewhat quiet part of town) is very good. The breakfast quality and choices were also very very good. The staffs in breakfast areas, spa, pools and cleaning were all very friendly and attentive.

Pros: The service of all staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional. The pool size (20m) was very good. Plenty of sun beds and towels.
Cons: Not so much didn't like but a few of the room fixtures and fittings were a little dated. Food and beverage prices were too high.

Pros: Breakfast had heaps of choices, staff were excellent especially the ones we saw every day, always there to help and assist in any way they could. Great pool area. Pub Street is just a short Tuk Tuk ride from here. Checkout Artbox which is nearby and great to look at if the weather is bad and u need entertaining.
Cons: We would prefer a queen or kingsize bed rather than two large singles put together. Our check in took a little more time than usual as if they werent quite ready! Gym equipment needs maintenance.

Pros: Amazing value hotel with just absolutely wonderful staff, manager and ambiance. The hotel has two great restaurants, the garden is very pretty and relaxing, and they arranged spa service for us even though it was very late (after day-long tours) and in short notice. I will recommend all my friends to stay here if they visit Siem Reap. Location (being in somewhat quiet part of town) is very good. The breakfast quality and choices were also very very good. The staffs in breakfast areas, spa, pools and cleaning were all very friendly and attentive.
Cons: Small negative: Our one suite had little awkwardly designed bathroom. The suite should have at least a curtain in the bathroom (unless they install some privacy lights). The room was very big and very clean.

Cons: This is Could be a 5 star property, but it need a good cleaning. The bathtub in my room was heavily stained and discolored. The floor looked as though it could use a good scrubbing. The concierge service is terrible. I paid for a full day (8 hour tour) with a guide and driver. I was brought back to the hotel 3.5 hours later... When I told them that they only provided me with a half day tour, they giggled. I would highly recommend using one of the many off property services. Or, just go out the gate and get a tuk-tuk (5 bucks to Angkor Wat) and hire one of the many tour guides standing in front of the entrance (7 dollars for a full walking tour). The final price you pay shoul be about 1/3rd of what the guide asks for.

Pros: The hotel is nicely-designed. It had a resort hotel look but with a warm, personal, boutique hotel feel. We felt very peaceful and relaxed during our stay. Elevator access is great especially after a long day of walking. Rooms are spacious with lots of tabletop space. Big bathroom. It's in a good location...just a few blocks away from the busier/popular part of the city. You could walk it, but since I was traveling with a senior, we ended up taking Grab Tuktuk to get to the Night Market, Old Market, etc. The staff were all very warm and welcoming to us. Special mention to Phaeron who was in constant contact via email after I booked our stay. He was able to accommodate our request to place us in a room close to the elevator. Special mention and thank you also to Mr. Or at the reception area who made check-in and check out very pleasant. Another thank you also to the massage therapists and spa staff. All-in-all, we had a wonderful experience...it was a good place to stay after a day of exploring the temples. I would stay here again.

Pros: Quiet location - approx a 7 to 10 minute walk to the markets, but we took tuk tuks there for 2USD$ which were always readily available. Room was huge and really clean. I loved that there was a balcony attached to the room. Staff was really friendly and made us feel welcomed. Pool was perfect for lounging after a long day, and service at the spa was great too. The hotel really helped contribute to a really relaxing, quick getaway. Thank you so much! Would definitely consider returning.

Cons: I've got a phobia for small, house lizards - and most nights I could hear, not see, one or two in close proximity of the bed. This was expected though, being in a tropical climate - but if you're really scared of them - maybe consider one of the bigger chain hotels without balconies. Never saw or heard them in the room during the day though!

Cons: The staff did not inform us about their housekeeping policy. I assumed that it was like in the US. Later found out that you have to place the door sign which says make up my room for them to clean. I placed the sign of make up my room on the second day but it was not made up when we arrived from our city tour at 1pm. I have to call housekeeping to clean.

Pros: The management and staff were so friendly & right from the time of our booking they assisted us with our queries. We were greeted at the airport by a friendly tuk tuk driver & our room was far nicer than we could have expected, with complimentary fruit to welcome us. The pool was crystal clear & so relaxing. We are only a short drive to the main Siem Reap markets & restaurants. A big thank you to the staff for being so friendly & helpful!

Pros: I liked the room size and the fast Wi-Fi. Food was perfect - small restaurant but very nice. Hotel staffs hospitality was superb and they arranged everything we asked for - all expenses was put on the room bill so we payed when we checked out. Even if the location is not in the city they had shuttles for free to town and arranged one back for 3USD. If I ever go back to Siam Reap I will stay there again.

Cons: Theres a LOT that is advertised online which is not true. There is no spa, no “rooftop bar”, no coffee makers, no iPads in the room. Lots of things were broken like the safe and room lock.

Cons: We asked for breakfast package one day because our tour to Angkor Wat started at 4:00am, the receptionist told us no problem but in the morning there was no breakfast package at all. Food and beverages in restaurant were a little overpriced. Wifi signal in room was not the best.

Cons: The property claims to be a 5-star property, yet a lot was lacking. For one, the restaurant was understaffed. There was no water for any of the rooms in the morning on both days of our stay. The staff were extra extra extra slow to respond to our calls for water on both days. Breakfast was an OK affair and due to being understaffed, the restaurant took more than half hour to get a second refill of cappuccino. To be fair, the hotel manager waived off the tour guide and vehicle charges for the temple tour that we had availed due to the inconvenience. But in my humble opinion, this is far from deserving 5-stars. Last but not the least, the digital code to unlock all rooms is a numeric pattern. You can open any room if you know the pattern. That, in my mind is a security problem. It is very diffiicult for me to imagine that these 2 days were some sort of bad days for the hotel or an off-season thing.
