Pros (+) They turned our trip even more memorable. They took care about all details it was amazing, since we arrived at the airport every moment they surprised us with something that turned our experience high end! I don’t know how would be the experience without them , but I’m sure they contributed a lot to turn #siemreap an unique spot to go. I really recommend.
Cons (-) The only detail was about the bath towels that they managed very fast to replace. Some small smudges only perceived by my wife...

Pros (+) Everything was perfect. The customer service was second to none. It was like staying at the four season! Had a great time and you can’t beat the location. Great walking distance to everything and very safe. Left my wallet in the hotel and they returned it to me.
