Great location in Siem Reap. Easy walking distance to restaurants and markets. The young ladies at the front desk really made our stay memorable. They were very friendly and willing to help us with any request......even teaching us a few words of Cambodian. They turned a pleasant visit into an exceptional one. We would definitely stay here again just because of them.

Close to old market to get around lots of shops and stalls.
Noise from pub nearby even at midnight. Quilt cover inside have stains and has shown to night shift staff-a male TuTu driver before I checked out.

Location was perfect, staff were excellent once you got past the 'shy, robot' stage.
Upgrade the plug sockets to add some USBs. A few areas need some detailed cleaning. What a stupid place to plonk and ATM destroying the view and the look of the property. I'm sure it's revenue is not worth spoiling the front of the building.

The staff were nice.
The room was old, Musky, and changing of room was not consistent. Wifi never worked in my room. No elevators. So you need to log your baggages with you. Breakfast was same everyday and boring.
