Pros: Wonderful staff, exceptional restaurants with a very good wine list and delicious food, very nice spa area with a cozy pool and a beautiful view to the mountains, and amazing massages ! So many and and and !!! You will understand when you come here)
Cons: The only thing that can be regarded as something not really perfect is that you will need a transfer to get to the ski lift as the hôtel is located not so close to it, although it is a very beautiful location.. However, there is always a free transfer available both in the morning and in the afternoon..

Pros: Clean modern and spacious. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Down comforter on bed was a nice touch.
Cons: Elevator didn’t work In a brand new facility which was difficult given that we were on the second floor and had big luggage. Room nice but not worth the high price that we paid. Hard bed and flat hard pillows. Some street noise.

5,0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was sublime, staff in the breakfast was excellent Swimming pool was nice and comfy
Cons: Rooms are rooftop with very little natural light Noisy construction works all day long Noisy road nearby even in low season (end of October) Children are not welcome: swimming pool access allowed for kids younger than 14 years only until 16h, no access to saunas Hotel manager was very rude and did nothing to address the issue that we were paying for 4 adults while we were 2 adults and 2 kids below 12 years old and yet we had no access to the swimming pool after 16h, even on the day of arrival when we arrived at 16h and kids were crying in front of him.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Almost perfection. The hotel is wonderful, furnished with taste and with a lot of wood which makes it cosy and very elegant. All the staff was welcoming and helpful, at the reception, spa and restaurant. The restaurant is top class. Excellent quality and beautifully presented. SPA is very good: warm swimming pools, a few warm and cold showers, an external Finnish sauna, an internal one, two hammams, a lot of chaises longues to relax.
Cons: Didn’t rate 10 because despite striving to perfections, there are a few things that might be improved. The room heating system is flawed. They do not have air conditioning in the rooms so you room is always too hot, especially during the night. We had to sleep with window open (in December). Breakfast is also a bit limited. Don’t get me wrong, there are a few options but I think is nowhere where it should be for a structure at this level. Last thing, there is no complimentary water in the room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was excellent. The hotel is nicely located outside the town, which makes it super quiet. Very easy to reach via a main road that goes in front of the hotel, but all the rooms are oriented away from that road making it inaudible. The staff is super helpful and very friendly, they responded to all our requests. The hotel itself is super clean and very cosy, the breakfast is excellent with a very welcoming staff again. The SPA is wonderful, with views on the mountains. Never too crowded with two saunas and two steam baths, all in their own flavour. There is a very nice outside black sauna, even better enjoyed in the winter when you can roll yourself in the snow. There is a free underground parking which is a very welcome addition, as often those type of hotels can charge you up to a ridiculous 20-30€ per night. In all, an excellent place if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of big cities, and be in the middle of the magnificent Dolomites.
Cons: Going back home !
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful and varied spa. The room was also lovely. Very well equipped and comfortable. The food was fabulous and so were the staff. Definitely would stay again.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and go over and above to make your stay wonderful. It is clear that the staff take pride in their work. The property has lovely views and the spa is really wonderful. There is a shuttle bus to the city centre which is helpful.
8,3 Excellent
Cons: the hotel is being extended, so there is noise from the building works.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Loved the design and ambience of this beautiful hotel. And the spa facilities were lovely.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The Hotel it is located around 1.5 km from the center of the village. If you look for a quite stay, this is an advantage (despite the fact that the Hotel is located next to the road to Cortina). The SPA facilities are very good and extremely clean. Rooms are always very clean. Free hotel shuttle will take you to the ski lifts or village center.
Cons: In the night you can hear from time to time a weak sound of SPA's working engines.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service, they go out of their way to assist you. And with a smile everytime. Easy to go to town centre with their transfer service Beatiful location too
Cons: None
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel and spa was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When asked if we could have a room with a view they upgraded our room at no extra cost. The hotel is nicely placed as a base for walking in the mountains around Cortina.
Cons: I especially chose a deluxe double with a balcony assuming that there would be some kind of view of the Dolomites. Unfortunately the first room they gave us (although nicely fitted out) had a balcony which was North facing and looking out on a hill with the hotel extension straight behind. As mentioned before they very quickly changed rooms for us when we asked if another was available. Also, although the hotel blurb says that there is a free shuttle bus, this appears only to run in the winter (ski) months. It is a good 15 min walk into centre of Cortina.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: A new hotel, great rooms, very good. The spa was also excellent, and the stuff is very helpfull
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very good service , very friendly , nice room in newer part of the building, distance

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice and comfortable facilities. Staff very kind and helpful. Great view from room balcony and pleasant common spaces. Short walking distance from the town centre.
Cons: Breakfast was not very good. For example, when some of the food ran out it took a long time for the staff to refill, and sometimes we had to explicitly ask for it. In one occasion some of the cheese was a bit moldy.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great Concierge.
Cons: Would prefer if the porridge and eggs were included and not a la carte.
7,0 Good
Pros: Excellent location, large rooms, lovely breakfast staff
Cons: The spa should be more exclusive at those hotel prices. Lots of screaming kids and many outsiders visiting the spa. Also the decor and finishes materials of the hotel common areas and bedroom are lacking. I expected more lavish decor for a hotel with those prices
6,0 Good
Cons: Poor service from staff. Restaurant shut at inconvenient times. Not a five star hotel or even close.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Everything else
Cons: Our room was dark, some areas in the room needed alot more light. The colors/decorations were abit dull, same tones/pastel with different color would have been great. Room service choices were very minimal

Pros: The hotel has the best breakfast of our 20 days trip in Italy. It's really superb, with fruits, yogurts including natural, hams, cheeses, good italian bread and a lot of sweets. There is an excellent market located just in the opposite side of the street. The location is excellent, and you can park your car in the hotel. The room is very clean and comfortable.
Cons: The room had a bad acoustic, so if you get noisy neighbors you can hear the chattering. This was our case, we got a noisy group besides us, but we asked for help to the staff in the reception and they promptly solved the problem, asking for this group of people to make silence.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Such a cute and cozy hotel in the heart of Dolomites. The location is very good, in the center of Cortina, there are some restaurants in a 2 min walk, a big supermarket across the road. Pros: Everything. The staff is super nice, the bedroom was spacious and very comfortable, with a very comfy bed. We went mainly to use the spa after a hiking day, and it didn't disappoint. It's not a huge spa but has everything that's needed, the only downside is the hot tub has very soft jets, but it's still nice to relax the muscles. The breakfast is great, it has a very ample selection of pastries and local products and you can also order pancakes and eggs freshly made.

4,8 Okay
Pros: The location and the staff
Cons: The room they gave us was terrible. Nothing like the pictures and for the price we could've stayed in a better hotel. It was heavily overcharged for the room. We don't mind the money the problem is the value for it. Don't stay here. We should've airbnb'd.
