Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's exceptional service, especially staff members like Dafne Lopez, who received repeated commendations for her helpfulness and professionalism. The pool facilities were a major highlight for families and children, with many describing them as large, beautiful, and well-maintained. Breakfast offerings were generally appreciated for their variety and quality, though a few guests wished for more options. Spacious and comfortable rooms were frequently mentioned as a positive aspect, contributing to a relaxing stay. The hotel's convenient location near metro stations and attractions also received favorable comments. Some minor drawbacks included occasional delays at check-in, slow in-room dining, and crowded breakfast areas during peak times, but these did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience.
