Staff went beyond themselves to resolve a booking error. Upgraded my room with no extra charge. Superb view of the park. Shower water pressure phenomenal Exceptional and helpful staff. Great Breakfast

The staff were very helpful and the dimsum restaurant located in the 3rd floor was excellent. One of the best dimsum I have eaten. The hotel was very clean and smelling good all the time.
The location was quite far from the center of Shenzhen. It takes 40 to 45 mins to get to the city center. The cab fares were quite expensive. The hotel is also located in a place were there not so many food places to eat.
