5,7 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was good. The dinner was ok. The pool and hot tub were nice.
Cons: My husband was sick after the dinner. I have a bruise on my leg from the bed and the hallway has points on the corners and I have a knot and bruise on my arm. The room we had was so loud. The street noise and room noise. The pullout was hard and not comfortable to sleep on for our son. The bed was hard too.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Love the lobby with the fireplace and wood beams. Breakfast is good, the hot tub was exactly what we needed to de stress.
Cons: Was expecting the manager's cocktail from 5-7pm as advertised but when we went down to the lobby we were told it wasn't happening due to it being New Year's day. Understandable but would have been nice if we were told before booking. I assumed a deluxe king suite would have a fireplace but was wrong and unfortunately they had none available.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were absolutely wonderful. We had a terrible experience the evening before, so we switched to the Courtyard. Seeing and listening to what happened, the staff did their best to allow us to take care of our vehicle while we waited for our room, and even accommodated an early check-in because of our needs. Thank you so much! You saved the 4th of July for us!!!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was delicious although a bit pricey. I would have appreciated more options e.g. one egg with toast etc. Location is excellent but difficult when you do not come by car. I had to walk up to Downtown Transit Center in the rain carrying my bag. A ride would have been welcome. (I am 78 years old..in generally excellent condition..but the weather was challenging).
Cons: See above. More dining options, better transportation to hotel from transit center.
6,5 Good
Pros: Great location near Church Street and within walking distance of Central Burlington's attractions.
Cons: Very poor welcome and interaction with staff. As a family member of a Marriott employee, I utilized the Explore Rate discount for family members. My initial greeting was a very cold "I can't believe we're offering that rate tonight" followed by what felt like an interrogation about my relationship to the Marriott employee (my mother). A packet of room keys was tossed across the counter my way with no explanation of where the elevators were, how the parking lot worked, etc. Upon asking, I got a repeated "I just can't believe we're offering that rate tonight". Very very poor way to treat the family members of fellow Marriott associate.
7,9 Good
Pros: Restaurant was very good, but also very expensive.
Cons: Room temp was easily controlled, but air was extremely dry - -would have loved to be able to open a window and get some fresh air in. Also wasn't clear from their website that they DID have parking available in adjacent parking garage.

Pros: The front desk Staff was friendly and very accommodating when I discovered my initial room in a noisy location next to the pool on New Year’s Eve with a late arrival just before midnight. He placed me in a new room immediately on a quiet upper floor and I got a great night’s rest and a good breakfast before my 6 hour drive home the next day!

Pros: Breakfast was decent for what you are paying for
9,0 Excellent
Pros: ease of check in, comfortable room, breakfast
6,3 Good
Pros: Staff and location
Cons: Room looked real clean but there was some nasty smells near one bed (smelled like vomit) refrigerator was clean but stunk as well. When I went to use coffee maker there was a condom in where the water goes not cool!
5,0 Okay
Pros: The staff was nice and the free breakfast is worth getting up for. The bed was comfortable and they have cable, even though the premium channels like HBO (16) and ESPN (19) do not work.
Cons: It's a poster child for deferred maintenance. The first room had the toilet paper holder flopping on the wall and an electrical outlet by the sink coming out of the wall. They gave us the room next door. It was useable. The stairwells are not ever cleaned. Someone left a trail of butter patties down our hallway and we told the front desk about it. The next morning, they were still there. The hot tub water is green for some reason. The electrical closets on the second and third floors don't have any locks. You can just open them and play with the wiring for the cable or the circuit breakers. The water pressure is miserable. It's just a property in decline and being mismanaged. Both the rooms we were given had views of the parking lot and nothing else.
3,0 Mediocre
Cons: Heater in the room was literally so loud we couldn't hear the TV with volume turned way up. Morning desk clerk smelled so bad it was truly difficult to stand at the counter just to check out. I rarely write bad reviews but this was bad.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The price, the breakfast and the recent updates to the Hotel! Felt like I was staying at a brand new hotel!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Love this hotel! Clean and comfortable! Great breakfast, love the pancakes :) Service was stellar and the pool/hot tub was a great bonus!!
Cons: Nothing
8,1 Excellent
Pros: Microwave and Keurig machine, along with a mini fridge in the suite, large luxurious bed and a wide screen TV. Lighting fixtures and accents were aesthetically pleasing.
Cons: The shower had used bar of soap, and the handle wasn't as fancy looking as some of the ones I had seen at much cheaper hotels/motels Also the window curtains were see-through and provided little to no privacy at night, when the lights were on in the room, from the outside.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel employee and his staff really made our stay in vermont. they went over and above to provide assistance for my wife who suffered a leg injury. they treated us like family and we very much appreciated it.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was super comfortable! We had requested a king bed room and they were able to accommodate that and we were very thankful! The shower is also worthy of mention — roomy and awesome pressure. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash all smelled great and were an appropriate size! All in all, a wonderful experience.

Pros: Great location with views of lake Champlain. Hotel staff was good. Hotel is dated. Pool area just okay. Restaurant good.
Cons: One elevator working. Hotel really needs updating

Pros: Comfort, location, familiarity (stayed there before), price, comfortable bed, friendly restaurant and bar staff, delicious breakfast (included)
Cons: Hotel is a bit dated, dark lighting in restaurant space.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable hotel with fantastic location
9,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is in a prime location if you are planning to walk to Church Street. Great food and bars within a short walking distance. Comfy beds, room service, great views. Happy with our stay!
Cons: For $150 per night, I was shocked to have to pay for parking. It seems like that could have been included in the price.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location, the bed and the hot tub were awesome!
Cons: Parking was an extra cost and breakfast was not included. We were not expecting these extra fees.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: I was given a complementary room upgrade because the hotel ran out of earplugs (my room was next to a barking dog). It’s close to everything I wanted to visit, particularly Church Street Marketplace. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: Parking in the garage is expensive ($15/day), but it’s secure and easy to get to from inside the hotel.
7,0 Good
Pros: The view was wonderful. Room was clean and not worn out. Was no noises. Vending was near our room.
Cons: Bathroom was so small. A porta toilet would have been more room!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Reception staff very helpful and great location.
Cons: Not that we didn’t like it but unfortunately it took housekeeping several hours to bring a roller bed. Reception kept asking for us so was unfortunate.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean.
Cons: Bathroom was small.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The location cannot be better.
Cons: The rooms are showing major age. While most things are not in disrepair, they did not necessarily perform like you'd expect (e.g. two plugs did not work, the tub did not drain well, the shower handle was loose and the water temperature would not change)
7,0 Good
Pros: The view of Lake Champlain was gorgeous! The location to shopping and the water front was fabulous as well.
Cons: The room and bathroom were odd. The bathroom was almost as big as the room, but just a ton of wasted space. It all needs updating.
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: Good location for the downtown
Cons: Elevator was limited service at best. They are very strict with the definition of dog friendly such that we had a complaint after one instance of a dog barking. Staff was hit or miss but we are generally ok.

Pros: The room was quite large. Breakfast was ok with several choices.
Cons: The mattress was well past his prime. Also, our room was near the end of a corridor, so we hear the door leading to the stairs closing evyery time someone used it, as it was very loud. The room could certainly benefit from some soundproofing.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Despite all the reviews I've read online, this INN is a great value. The owner was kind enough to let us check in an hour earlier. It seems like they are very strict on check in time (3:30pm). When you walk in, you will notice the Tibetan culture hung up on the walls. You can tell the owner cares a lot about his hotel and shares his past. The room we had was on the 2nd floor with a king sized bed. It was a plus that it included a microwave and a fridge. The room was very clean, we had a view of Shelburne road and gas station. One thing: I would have swapped out the microwave for a coffee machine in a heart beat.
Cons: No coffee machine and no hair dryer.
2,5 Mediocre
Cons: Did not have access to my own room key and the room was extremely small. The window was open in the room and was really hot when I arrived. Did not have access to an AC. Would not recommend
4,2 Okay
Pros: The staff was OK, but not extremely friendly.
Cons: The pool was gross algae green and he did not fix by the next day as the owner said he would, and I wanted to use ice ONE TIME for small cooler (there were about 5 other cars in the entire place) and he said no ice, you people with coolers take it all. Towels were scratchy. Not extremely clean, it was dusty.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, comfortable beds, clean rooms
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was kept very clean and orderly and the staff was friendly and professional. The location is ideal, just a few minutes from downtown Burlington, as well as from lovely hiking paths. It is a dated building but has been so well maintained that this wasn’t an issue.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: I didn't realize there was a breakfast. Maybe I didn't read the info. well enough.
2,5 Mediocre
Pros: The room was ok, it would have been better if i didn't have to constantly have my room card turned on again because they kept shutting it off every few hours
Cons: Owner is rude and very sketchy. He tried to tell me I only booked one night even though on the paperwork I signed I booked 2 nights. When I said that he proceeded to ask me a bunch of questions about why I was in burlington and why I was staying 2 nights because "only people up to something stay 2 nights" he then proceeded to shut my door card off 3 times that day and told me that I was "lucky" i caught it every time or I would be sleeping in my car that night. I then watched him accuse a guest about to check in of being a "loiterer" and a drug addict because he showed up 30 minutes early to check in and was sitting outside having a cigarette. The man was then told that he would be given a refund and to get off of the property because he doesn't want his kind of people around there. The owner then proceeded to threaten to kick me out because I was near the guy outside and he asked for a light. I don't know how this man even is still in business
5,0 Okay
Pros: Nothing staff not nice . Business can actually shut your air conditioning off from behind their front desk. Worried about how much power year using weather your windows open TV on I do not recommend staying here.
Cons: Everything about staff.

6,0 Good
Pros: Friendliness of front desk staff at check in and check out.
Cons: The room was dirty. And just inside the door was a large spiderweb with a very large spider in it, leading to the belief that it was not recently cleaned. If the room was properly cleaned you couldn’t miss that.
6,3 Good
Pros: Only location
Cons: We were staying and paying for 2 nights but after the first night they cleaned out our items from the bathroom and draws Our suitcases were in the closet which clearly they never clean because they would have seen them They threw all our items including medicine in a trash bag and had them in the office.

Pros: It was open and had a room.
Cons: Dirty.Lobby is perfumed, this caused me distress. As a result I was unaware when I got to the room it was heavily perfumed as well.It set off three days of swollen face eyes and unpleasantness. The facility is not a two star it is a struggling one at best.

Pros: Microwave, refrigerator, upgraded to king size...much appreciated. Offered good breakfast
Cons: Tripping hazard up incline from parking lot....also, slight unpleasant smell in room initially
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean room. Met my expectations for the price point.
Cons: Room key cards kept de-activating. I had to walk out in the cold to the lobby/reception area multiple times to re-activate the key card. I did not store the key card near my cell phone so something was up with either the key slot or the keys themselves.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: The rooms were not clean. The doors were hard to open because when they painted them. The paint was still wet when they closed the doors the staff was not friendly at all. Both night clerks were standing in the corner of the front of the building smoking.

Pros: Good for a place to stay for 1 night
Cons: Staff could have been friendlier
7,0 Good
Pros: The location was great - right across the street from university mall. Check in was fast. The pool was ok. Breakfast was simple, yogurt, cereal, milk and juice which is fine for a family with kids (coffee and hot water available all day). There is no dining room - breakfast is brought back to your room. The rooms were large, the bathroom was a little small but fine. The hotel was quiet so you could get a good night's rest.
Cons: The hotel is a little dated but overall fine for the value.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: hot tub was nice. pool was warm.
Cons: Table in room was dirty
5,0 Okay
Cons: Property is far more run down than expected. Paint peeling, extremely stained carpets, switches broken/ not working. (The heat lamp switch in bathroom had no knob - only an issue as room was cold on arrival and there is no heat source in bathroom). Price reflects condition of property, but descriptions did not. My room faced on busy road and had only a sheer curtain. An actual shade for privacy would have been appropriate.
