Pros (+) The breakfast was good, my room was large and clean, the staff was nice, and there was a pool.
Cons (-) The location isn't great unless you have a car. The room was a fairly high price but it seems hotels in the overall area were rather high.

Pros (+) The room was extremely outdated! The washroom had no heat ! Even with the lights on very dark inside. The office chair was worn out. The bathroom was discolored & dirty. The carpet in the bedroom was old & dirty. The pillows where small & not comfortable! I’ll never go back to this dump.
Cons (-) Nothing ! The minstry of health and local hotel association should closed this horrible place.

Cons (-) Heating/cooling system high in wall which blew right on my body, constant fan. Carpet and walls were dirty, poor wifi.

Pros (+) Ease of check in, very friendly staff. Close to both restaurants and grocers. Room was huge.
Cons (-) Proximity to a very busy intersection made getting on and off property difficult at times. Exterior staircase hand rails are too wide to grip properly and were filthy

Pros (+) Not too fancy on the outside, but the room was nicer than expected with a comfortable king-sized bed and updated bathroom and decor. Just a few minutes' drive to downtown Burlington and a decent price.

Pros (+) Close straight drive to middle of town. Quiet hotel, but right off the main road.

Pros (+) Room was neat and clean. Staff is very friendly. Absolute bang for the buck. Rates were cheap but no compromise in anything. Great location. A mere 5 minute drive from Burlington Downtown.
Cons (-) No complaints. Heater could have been better or alt east better positioned but considering it was the coldest night of the year it was understandable.
