Pros (+) It was more affordable than hotels near by. There was some man fighting seagulls in the parking lot with a dirty shirt, it was quite entertaining.
Cons (-) The other guests were loud and combative. I overheard multiple people fighting. While I was outside someone backed into a car and just took off. While leaving the next morning we smelled a strong odor of weed, I don’t have anything g against this but at least don’t be so flagrant about it.
