9,6 Excellent
Pros: Loved it!
Cons: Since we are English a smart tv would’ve been good. Also alcohol In mini bar.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The location is ideal as is right next to Centrale Station Milan which has great links. They also offered a driver service who was able to drop us to the main shops in a Maserati. The breakfast was also lovely and had a great variety of dishes. Our room had an incredible view, and was spotless. The staff in the hotel were all very friendly and had answers to all of our questions.
Cons: The spa/pool area can get busy and there are very limited loungers. We found that other guests would leave their gowns on a lounger, leave for a long time and then expect it to reserve it even though a lot of people were waiting.

Pros: Location was great if you need to be near the central train station...just an easy two block walk away. Also, easy access to the Metro which takes you downtown for only 1 1/2 Euro. Rooms were small but neat and clean
Cons: tiny elevator and tiny shower, (although these seemed to be somewhat common in many hotels in Italy). Also, room was on the small side.

9,3 Excellent
Pros: A great true five star hotel. Excellent and knowledgeable concierge. Location is outside of the Montepoleone shopping district so a nice oasis to come home to at pIazza Republica. Great part was frequent Benz stretch limo pickup and drop off from the hotel to La Scala/ Duomo and Montepoleone area -- that was extreme helpful with kids. Had an upgrade which was appreciated and not asked for. Breakfast were absolutely excellent and included in our price. Champagne, full hot foods and fresh fruits and pastries. Will definitely be back!!
Cons: My only minor tif was pool was closed for renos. Minor and everything was to our or beyond our expectations.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about the hotel and the stay.
Cons: Nothing I didn't like
3,6 Mediocre
Pros: Room decor
Cons: Breakfast prices were ridiculously high and quality was horrible. They also rip you off. We dined a la carte for breakfast the first day but were charged for the super high priced buffet. The good itself was horrible. Second morning all we had was juice , crossaint and coffee and were once again ripped off. This hotel is a rip off. Only good for business people billing their companies. Hotel was not even able to correct our charges during check out leaving us a bet other taste of being ripped off.
10,0 Excellent

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing service, incredibly thoughtful staff, and beautiful surroundings are expected at this hotel. 5 star service, 5 star price. Make sure you work out a way to include breakfast, as it is expensive, but divine. Be wary about the high valet prices. Overall, you pay for what you get and this property does not disappoint.
Cons: High valet prices.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location - walking distance to metro, railway station, designer shops around the Duomo, museums and more. Relaxed atmosphere and attentive staff. I was there on my own and felt very comfortable. Big bedrooms and spacious baths with both a tub and a shower Spacious restaurant with many options Cosy lobbyarea as an alternative place for drinks and meals Nice spa and sauna - both dry and steam Didnt try the pool but it looked OK Super nice with free limousinservice all day to the Via Montenapoleone and the Duomo. If you like wallking instead the distance is not at all far. Take the old tram, if you like!

10,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was truly a fairy tale. I was blown away by their interior decor when I first arrived, and continued to be amazed by how beautiful it was every time I saw it. Our room was very clean and nice, not the largest room but it was enough for what we needed. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they made us feel very special during our stay. It’s only 20 min walk to the Duomo area which we didn’t mind because it gave us an opportunity to walk around and experience the city. If you want to take a taxi, the staff will call one for you and it’s quite cheap to get around to the major sights. This was the perfect place for my birthday celebration and I would love to come back and stay here again!
Cons: Nothing, I loved everything!

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Overall a very good hotel
Cons: - Overpriced (but all hotels in Milan were expensive in those dates) - Room a bit dark: I would have liked more powerful lamps
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, very nice/clean hotel for the price, great location around the corner from the metro, was able to check into our room early
Cons: More as an FYI: There was a tax/extra charge that is tacked on when you’re checking out. It was something like 4 euros per person per day.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Clean
Cons: Fixed shower
8,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was enjoyable enough with comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly staff. Food at breakfast was good - many pastries and fruits and a few savory items. Water pressure great with plenty of hot water in showers. Mini fridge in room had a bit of extra space where we could store a couple small items we needed to keep cold. Very secure parking allowed us not to worry about our car once parked but was also problematic (see below).
Cons: Hotel was hard to locate and all parking was in an underground garage which was secure but had very small spaces and lots of concrete pillars. Very tight to maneuver in. Also it is locked from certain hours and, not knowing how to call the front desk from the gate, I had to back up a very steep ramp with limited visibility to go to top to ask front desk to open it for me. Quite unsettling. All coffee/ hot drinks were from the all-in-one machine and were mediocre at best. Staff at breakfast never once stopped over to see if we needed anything or even to say good morning! Hardly any additional wall plugs to simply plug in phones to be charged, etc.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The fact that the hotel have smoking rooms! that is Fantastic !
Cons: The room lighting is a bit depressing, the interior design is mostly 5/10. The room is crying for some Italian touches.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location for business meetings in that area. Spacious and clean room, very good breakfast. Excellent service from front desk staff
Cons: My room and my colleague’ s room were rather cold, while airconditioning devices was not responding properly to improve temperature
5,7 Okay
Cons: Room 404 power plug next to the desk was not working. There was no kettle and coffee, as it used to be.

9,0 Excellent

Pros: Clean rooms with free sauna
Cons: Sauna was supposed to be open at 7AM. I went there at 7.10 with everything off and no staff. I needed to call the reception so they can start turning on everything. Waste of time and disappointing.
7,5 Good
Cons: Our room door did not close properly- you could see the 5-7 mm Gap. This of course did not help when the corridor was noisy.
8,0 Excellent
