Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location near public transport and in quiet areas, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms and their spaciousness. However, many reviews highlighted negative experiences with service, including issues with cancellations, lack of communication, and unhelpful staff. The breakfast offering and some aspects of hotel maintenance and amenities were also criticized. Overall, while the hotel has strengths in location and room quality, service and upkeep need improvement.
