Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel, citing poor service, unapproachable or rude staff, and issues with management, particularly regarding unfair charges and lack of helpfulness. Cleanliness was a major concern, with multiple reports of dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and pest problems. Many felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, feeling it was more like a motel and not worth the higher rates. However, some guests appreciated the hotel's central location, which was convenient for city access and business trips.
