Pros: Everything! Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. We were able to log into our streaming service on the smart TV. They were also able to find 2 suites next to each other so we were able to stay together. Place is pet friendly with an extra fee. Free basic wifi. Free parking. Free breakfast.
Cons: The room was clean, but in the morning there was a dead cockroach under the desk in the bedroom. It must've come in during the night. Main vent for the ac is in the living room so it can get toasty in the bedroom if you shut the door.

Cons: My room was the next to the lobby. I was unable to sleep well through the night as I heard lots of commotion. I could also hear the room above me. And by the time I got breakfast at 5am, most of the hot food had ran out.

Cons: The pillows were small and rock hard. Fortunately I brought my own, but my significant other was miserable. The room was pretty clean, but the drain in the shower was rusting and the shower curtain did not do a good job of keeping the water from spraying onto the floor. Third, there was a lot of noise. The walls were thin enough to hear how loud the shower was coming from the neighbor's room through our wall. You could hear when any door was shut from outside your room.

Pros: I liked my last visit so much more. Last time i was in a middle room, room 316. No one was in the room on one side of me and i guess that made all the difference.
This visit i liked the staff, i liked the location.
Cons: But i didnt like how my room was in a corner near the ice machines. It was also near the stairwell access. So all morning and night i could hear every guest that used the stairs and the ice machines. How is this a better experience then a regular room i had on a previous stay? I had an apparent luxury suite with a whirlpool. The whirlpool made such a scary loud sound when i tried to use it that it scared me from partaking in this feature. Also it increased the noise as i could hear the other occupants taking their whirlpool bath in room 309. I was in 313. During the night i had to listen to 309s air conditioner unit go off and on.
In my room there was barf/vomit residue stuck to part of the ceiling that i had to clean.
The shower, while i like the space (it was very long) i didnt like that the door wouldnt stay open. It was weighted and kept swinging closed. Also the door to the toilet didnt have enough clearance to open and close without having to bump your legs against the wall just to use the toilet.
I paid for a luxury experience but i got woken up several times, and didnt get a good nights rest. I think sleep and quiet should be paramount at a hotel. So you need to add some type of felt pad to the metal latches on your interrior stairwell doors. You need to install better whirlpools if you are going to advertize them as a special feature. And possibly get a better brand of coffee in the coffee pouches.

Pros: I liked our suite. It was clean and spacious. The staff is really helpful and reliable. We had checked out and we realized we didn't have our IPad. I had an appointment and told the front desk if we could come back for it later. They gave me a call later to let me know they found it and that I could pick it up. Pros: Hotel staff was really helpful and super nice. Front desk person opened s restroom for me to use when I was checking in. I had trouble with internet and they sent someone to my room to assist. Great breakfast. Housekeeping staff was friendly also.
Cons: There is no electrical at the desk in room.

Cons: Rooms carpet was very stained. Remodel was only part done by looks of things. Gym consisted of two bikes and a treadmill all of which were not in real working order.

Cons: The fitness center was horrible. None of the machines worked and the tv was also broken. No AC so it was extremely stuffy.
Basic rooms smelled funny, our AC was broken and toilet was making noises. I asked for another room and got a much nicer one so that was really great but I wouldn’t pay full price for it since it’s probably way more expensive.

Pros: Neatly trimmed box hedges and mature fruiting orange trees iaround entire hotel. It appears This place hasn’t skipped a landscaper appt since opening in 1963. The rooms are fantastic. We stayed in the balcony deluxe. This hotel sits along busy Shaw ave. However that’s forgotten once you step on the property.. I recommend this wonderful place. Staff is great always sharing smiles

Pros: As we checked in and went to our assigned room there’s still somebody occupying it. We were upset ‘coz it’s late and we’re tired from a long traffic drive. Went back to the front desk and told them the issue, and they gave us a different upgraded room with the same price.
Cons: Room are huge than most hotels. Location is convenient and close to where we need to go.

Pros: Staff was patient with all the folks who were yelling at them about various issues. They kindly moved us to a new room when the AC and the TV did not work.
Cons: Our room did not have working AC nor TV. They were kind enough to move us to a new room when we brought the issue to their attention.

Pros: Central location. Nice pet friendly suites. Easy in and out for the dog to a private patio/yard area.
Cons: There’s always something a bit wonky in the rooms when I stay there. This past stay was a better experience than usual. The only thing that really bothered me is the lack of useful light in the bedroom.

Pros: The room was nice-sized. It looked like a hotel room converted from a small apartment with a living room, bedroom, and bathroom. Lots of storage space with closets and drawers available. The hotel itself was nice.
Cons: It looked like the hotel room hadn't been updated in quite some time. The carpet needed replacing, the shower head was either clogged or the water pressure inadequate, and the shower itself was peeling. The bedsheets needed replacing as well.

Pros: Unbelievably spacious unit for the price; includes a full kitchen. You're essentially renting a fully-furnished apartment, with maid service.
Cons: Cheap toilet paper, no spare roll.
Also, only one bar of soap was given for two sinks and a shower.

Pros: Location was next to the 99 freeway. Several fast food franchises were only steps away (including In-n-Out). The hotel was located in an industrial area (mostly trucking), but that did not bother me. Free breakfast. Free parking.
Cons: The hotel could use a small store with simple snacks and drinks. Nearest store of any kind was not close.

Pros: Evening cocktail hour was a nice touch. Although we faced the freeway, the windows kept a lot of noise out. It is convenient.
Cons: Common areas were not as clean as the rooms. Right on the freeway so a little noisy if you are on the wrong side. Staff were friendly.

Pros: We had booked two rooms as a family of 5 and were pleasantly surprised by being given their largest room and one directly next door. Gym was great and breakfast good however a gluten free option would be a suggested improvement.
Cons: The hotel is dated and so not super clean or fresh. We went for a walk in the neighbourhood for dinner options and didn’t feel safe, it isn’t the best part of Fresno. Next time we will drive the extra distance away from the highway to stay in the main town. No laundry facilities- though we used the motel coin laundry next door, that motel was quite dirty and again I didn’t feel safe walking on my own around the area outside the hotel.

Cons: Not a clean room, run down shower and curtain. The sofa bed was filthy and had lots of trash underneath. Bugs in the bathroom, shower head was very dirty and full of calcium deposits.

Pros: Free breakfast and Parking.
Cons: Non-Smoking room smelled like someone just smoke 20 cigarettes. It smells so bad. I asked the front desk to move us but she said the rooms were already assigned and that they are fully booked. Slept there with windows open and FAN on full blast!

Pros: The bed (especially the pillows) were very soft and comfortable. Staff was very pleasant.
Cons: There were insects (possibly black ants?) on the desk, one on the bed, on the wall above the bed, and the bathroom floor. At approx 11:30p- midnight, someone (other hotel guests) attempted to open my room door, jolting me awake and startling me. Could be heard saying “oh sorry” and laughing.
