Excellent 9,2
Pros: Quaint, updated, convenient Dogs accepted. Great bed
Cons: Miscommunication about check in
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Absolutely brilliant, the photos on here do not do the place justice, the cabins are really modern, have everything you need in them, comfy bed, working BBQ, heated flooring in the bathroom and a lovely log fire. We loved our stay would recommend it to anyone!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Only a 12 minute drive to snow resort.
Cons: No lakers game available on television...
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Location is great next to the convict lake. Everything looked nice and clean also had nice view to the mountains all around us. Overall it was good.
Cons: Sheets on the bed could have been cleaner/softer.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great location, clean, and perfect for my family.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I loved how easy it was to book this cabin. Never have I ever stayed at a cabin with so many amenities and one that was this clean. It was pretty shocking how great the cabin was for the price we paid for and it was in a very beautiful, convenient location. My friends and I loved this cabin so much that every time we come to mammoth, this is the place we will be staying at from now on.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Allowed dogs Delicious food -fine dining, kind of $$$$ tho Scenery

Pros: The room itself was fine & the bed was comfortable. The parking area overlooks an open natural area and there are picnic tables available to enjoy the area and a view of the nearby mountains.
Cons: The noise from the 2nd floor room was ridiculous. There was a tapping sound that made it difficult to sleep. Every move the occupants made could be heard including any use of water. I would avoid staying here again.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Nice staff, clean, quiet location
Cons: A bit old
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Nice spa; breakfast buffet was way better than I expected given that it is complimentary; friendly staff.
Cons: Room and beds were small, but I did stay in the lowest priced room
Good 6,5
Pros: Was clean & convenient
Cons: Typical for a Motel, can be noisy at times.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Super friendly staff, shuttle to the lifts, pool table. Tom is awesome!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The girl who checked us in and was there during the day was very friendly. I can't remember her name (lots of tatoos and a nose ring) but she was super sweet!
Good 6,0
Cons: No A/C!!!!!
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Convenient to event site
Cons: Tub was slick. Bathroom could use some grab bars in the tub area.
Poor 1,0
Pros: Location
Cons: All of the online information stated a/c in rooms. There was no a/c available and when I inquired I was given a fan. This is unacceptable in the heat wave. The only reason I booked this hotel was due to the heat as I had been backpacking
Good 6,0
Pros: Close to 395
Cons: Rather old and dark
Good 7,4
Pros: All the Attendants were very friendly. Breakfast was fun and so was the pool table on top of the Loft. Located right near great trails and shopping. Cozy lobby area with a nice fire place to relax by. I left my computer charger chord in my room and they mailed it back to me.
Cons: Very noisy and badly insulated walls for sound as most of the older properties in Mammoth. The bathroom air vent sounded very old and when nearby rooms put theirs on it was like a washing machine on spin cycle LOUD...

Good 7,0
Pros: Great location near the Mammoth Village (5 min walk), very clean, nice staff.
Cons: Too little for 2 adults and 2 kids. The room has 2 twin beds, but it is not fit for 4 people. The window is not well isolated.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The location is perfect. It is a 5-minute walk to the Village Center and access to the gondola and mountain. No driving necessary.
Cons: Our room was on the lower level, so all movement in the room above us was noticable
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The owner was very kind and provided us many travel suggestions.
Okay 5,0
Pros: Easy to walk to from the bus stop
Okay 5,0
Pros: Staff not friendly or helpful. Ordered a king room with 2 beds as shown on picture but was only one king bed
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Very welcoming and helpful host. The lodge is in a perfect spot quiet but easy access to village.
Good 6,0
Pros: Cleanliness, kitchen implements like a microwave in room
Cons: Loud when people are outside door or upstairs, thin walls so not for light sleepers or bring earplugs
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We love every detail of this lodge.
Cons: The corner of the bed is very hard. Customer is very easy to get hurt.
Good 7,1
Pros: Good value for larger group
Cons: 2 bedroom one bedroom closed off by a curtain. Threatening sign that says extra charge for messed up kitchen didn’t seem very friendly. Did not see the host except for check in.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: The woman at reception was incredibly helpfull and charming. She made the experience comfortable and homecoming, very cozy place and warming welcome. We had a problem with some missing things the day after staying and she help us far away more than expected.
Cons: we forgot a bag with personal docs and money at the room. we called the next day before the house was made and the german woman rushed to the mexican cleanning assistant in order to check out for it but, apparently, it dissapeared.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Large very clean room, easy short walk to mammoth lakes village. Owner was lovely and very informative. There was microwave and coffeemaker in room and bar fridge so we were able to buy breakfast and lunch foods and be prepared daily for hikes and roadtrips
Cons: The large shared balcony outside the patio doors from our room was wooden and felt a bit unsafe in several spots as the wood is getting old.it was beautiful in mornings to have coffee with mountain view
Good 7,1
Pros: Proximity to the village. Price
Cons: Didn't like that the door to the common area was thin and not soundproof (could hear all conversations going on). No bathtub in our room. Hot tub accessible only from going out front door of lodge and not very big or private. Have to remove cover and replace when finished. Furnace was not operational. Cleaning crew working from 9 to 3. No relaxation time in your room during these hours.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: The hospitality and staff were absolutely AMAZING! The room was spectacular and the bathroom sparkling clean. We were blown away and wish we would have known about of this location prior to booking at another location for the remainder of the weekend. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. They also have complimentary wine and cheese happy hour. We look forward to returning and are telling all our family and friends all about this gem.
Cons: There isn't anything we didn't like. We loved our stay there.
Mediocre 2,0
Pros: Not much to like.
Cons: We reserved a 'Deluxe' room; our room was anything but deluxe. The place in general is old and dated, tiny bathroom, noisy (you can hear people walking above and on the stairs), the breakfast was pretty lame. My pillow smelled like cleaning solvent.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Convenient, clean and welcoming. Great breakfast.
Cons: Somewhat dated building, but clean and part of the charm.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Extremely friendly staff, cleanliness, pet friendly and great location near restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and the village. Very good value price/quality
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Owners made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend this place.
Cons: Hot water was spotty
Okay 4,2
Pros: Staff at checkin were nice. Breakfast was nice.
Cons: Incredibly thin walls, specifically between rooms 12 and 11. No warning or anything posted in the room about this. We were kept up late and woken up early having to listen to every single word the massive family next door said. The bed in room 12 was awful. Old and very worn out. Very bad for your back.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great customized hot meals. Close to shuttle and main street and ski shop. Great location. Made you feel at home. Love this place. It's a real bed and breakfast a concept that doesnt get much attention in times of airbnb and vrbo. This was a pleasant change from using airbnb and will come back again
Cons: Nothing
Good 6,7
Pros: Staffs are super welcoming and friendly . Afternoon complementary wine and snacks are big plus.
Cons: Room is outdated. Bedding can be better quality.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The owner greeted us with two glasses of wine. The breakfast was served to us like a bed and breakfast. The tiny room was perfect for us being on the second floor.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10,0
Pros: It is quaint not fancy. People are friendly. Room quiet and charming. Good place to rest. Would have loved the hot tub it was broken.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Staff was great, access to rooms was easy.
Cons: Rooms were dated and parking was interesting at best.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff are the sweetest people. The breakfast is delicious. Hot tub was great after a day of skiing. Easy walking distance to the buses and town. I hope I can stay here every time I go to Mammoth.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Free good fresh breakfast
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Big rooms that were comfortable and had a cute modern, mountain decor. Plenty of space to sprawl out after a day of skiing.
Cons: Great stay outside of the ride host in the restaurant for breakfast. It was very chaotic in there and she was rude to us when we were trying to figure out if we just should grab a table or check in with her first.
Good 6,0
Pros: Nice decor, great parking
Cons: Sand and hairs on bedspread, dirty french fry and pile of dirt in front of room -- they vacuumed later. Lock on door didnt work but I didn't realize until morning

Cons: Nothing it was fabulous!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Free breakfast, free WiFi, big room, wide hallway, fridge and microwave and plates/utensils, convenient location, indoor parking.
Cons: No elevator, weird floor plan. No big deal for me though.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The location and cleanliness
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The rooms are spacious and comfortable, location is great, near ski resort and stores, plus the breakfast was included and pretty good.
Good 7,0
Pros: Good staff.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: great value and comfortable beds in large rooms. Underground parking with lockers for equipment a big plus
Cons: the bathroom cabinet needs replacing
Good 7,0
Pros: Staff was very friendly, matress was comfortable.
Cons: Hotel was older but not in bad shape. Breakfast options were limited.
Good 7,4
Pros: Pleasant staff; good location; free parking; nice shower; good-sized fridge.
Cons: Loud air-conditioner made sleep difficult. Room seemed to be mid renovation. Hotel was generally careworn.
Poor 1,0
Pros: Nothing positive.
Cons: Night desk attendant was rude, argumentative, and confrontational to an extent that I chose not to check in and stay at the property out of concern for the safety of my wife and child. Property nonetheless charged me for the unused night without refund.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Beds were super comfortable. Lounge area was very cozy. Rooms were very large and comfortable. Very clean!
Cons: Sime staff co to ld have been friendlier.
Good 6,0
Pros: Hotel was clean and had covered parking. The room is a decent size for a hotel. Enjoyed the fireplace room for relaxing and talking.
Cons: Internet wifi connection was intermittent. Breakfast items are carbs and sugar. Window was completely covered in snow and had no outside light.
Poor 1,0
Pros: Nothing but the bathroom was clean and the shower worked well.
Cons: It is old, run down, the carpets worn and dirty. It was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in and felt totally ripped off by the price. I don't think I have ever stayed in such a run down hotel in the US that was given a high rating.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the supervisor. First time to the Mammoth area, she provided a lot of suggestions, which were all proved to be valuable to us. We enjoyed the trip more because of her tips. Will come back next time.
Cons: It's hard to find the hotel when it's dark
Good 7,0
Pros: Good and very central location in Mammoth
Cons: We arrived at 1.30 pm, which is off course early but the reception was "you cannot check in before 3 pm, come back then" It was felt pretty un polite. Though when we came back at 3 it was all smiles. Maybe work with a different pharsing for early guests
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Check in was quick and easy. Staff was nice and efficient. Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: The bath/shower was chipping paint and the toilet backed and sink backed up.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very clean and the location is good.
Cons: No air conditioner.

Excellent 9,2
Pros: Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Mammoth Walking distance to shops and restaurants Parking is great Indoor spa is great Staff is very courteous and friendly Beds were comfortable
Cons: Needs a little bit of cleaning. There was a bottle of alcohol left in the fridge. The carpet was ditty. The back of the TV console had trash. No A/C so it can get stuffy.
Good 6,8
Pros: Breakfast was great. Big room. Good sized fridge
Cons: There was hairball in bathroom and candy wrapper on the floor, room was hot, no fan in bathroom, no AC
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Friendly staff. Room service had my room super clean every day.

Good 7,0
Pros: Good location in old Mammoth. Reasonable price.
Cons: Very old facilities but clean and seemingly well maintained. The bedding could be updated as well but the bed was acceptable.
Excellent 9,3
Pros: Unit had a kitchen and large living room.
Cons: Single pane windows will get drafty in winter.
Good 7,9
Pros: Pet friendly, hot tub, full kitchen
Cons: My keypad stopped working on my second day, but it was fixed within 5 minutes. Loud upstairs neighbors early morning.
Okay 4,6
Pros: We arrived in the middle of a town wide power cut which we were not told about. I accept this cannot be predicted but a phone call or email In advance (it happened 4 hours before we arrived) would have given us a chance to prepare . We felt totally abandoned as nobody was there when we arrived and we had no food or drink other than tap water. They could have at least ensured we were safe. Fortunately the people in the next cabin have us a flashlight. Wouldn’t stay here again.
Cons: The disregard for our safety and the lack of care
Excellent 9,6
Pros: The Cabin was roomy and cozy. We had a working kitchen with all the utensils and cooking wear needed. It was very spacious, and the wood burning stove was the cherry on top. Definitely going back. Vons was only a 4 min drive away.
Cons: Security code to enter room was sitting in an envelope hanged outside the office. Anyone could have seen it, I would prefer the code and room number to be texted to me instead.
Okay 5,0
Pros: Location , cabin
Cons: Never saw the stuff... . Tried to contact them when I was checking out but nobody was available to show up at the location, which I think is weird for that type of accommodation. After all I would most likely give it another shot.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Loved the cabin and the staff was amazing very quiet and relaxing... we had. The cabin right by the jacuzzi so we loved that ... the area is beautiful perfect place for my girls trip ...felt very safe.
Cons: I loved everything

Cons: The front office worker. Very rude on the phone and in person.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Great value and great location
Cons: Very outdated but approp for a comfortable ski trip :)
Okay 4,0
Pros: The place was fairly clean and that was nice. Location was also good, very close to the Village and Gondola. We arrived after 9pm and the check in process was fast and easy.
Cons: Everything looked really old and excessively used. The doors were so bad that you had to slam them hard to open or close. The bathroom sink was cracked and rusted. Breakfast was basic (if I'm being generous). There was no vending machine or any place where you could get water or soda late at night (at least we weren't able to locate any). No tea or coffee facilities in the room.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Central Location - walk to lifts
Cons: Could be cleaner.
Excellent 8,0

Good 7,5
Pros: Loved the location and how cozy it was!
Cons: Some parts of the room/bathroom weren’t quite clean. Such as the walls could use a scrub! But it wasn’t terrible.
Good 6,0
Pros: Nice, clean room. Decent breakfast
Cons: The fan didn't work. They provided a small fan to use which was bet loud. There was also construction behind the hotel which started getting loud at 7 am. Also the hot tub hours were 3 to 9 pm. I like hot tub availability from 7am to 10 pm.
Good 6,0
Pros: I like that it was very close to village town. Just a walk away
Cons: The WiFi doesn’t work at all. Very poor
Mediocre 2,0

Pros: Clean, good price
Cons: Thermostat was horrible. No way to control temperature. It blows hot air until you get uncomfortable and have to turn it off. But then the room gets too cold. So you have to wake up again to turn the heat on. Awful.
Excellent 8,0
Cons: The room was not ready when we returned from a long day of snowboarding. The door was ajar and a mop outside. We asked the cleaning staff (about 4 room away) if they were cleaning our room. We kind of got a yes, left and it still was not cleaned 20 min later. Had to go the to office to ask for the room to be cleaned and had to wait in the lobby area.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: in the middle of town
Okay 5,0
Pros: The room was clean. The location was great. They managed to squeeze in a mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot.
Cons: The room was tiny, barley room to walk between the 2 double beds or at the foot of the beds. No room on bathroom counter for vanity stuff. Heater had off or on, no temp setting.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great people great location great price
Cons: This place definitely deserves a higher star rating
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Pet friendly!
Cons: Bears?
Okay 4,8
Cons: Bare minimum for stay. Beds not comfortable. No Hair dryer. Shower head leaking. Non smoking room smelt horribly like smoke. No Kleenex.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: clean, updated, close to mountain, good value
Cons: small bathroom towels, low shower pressure, no hairdryer
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Price point was on par. In the heart of town, close proximity to restaurants and stores.
Cons: Room could have been cleaner.
Good 7,7
Pros: The Motel 6 is a dependable place to stay in Mammoth. The renovation is appreciated. A nice place to stay with a friends staff.
Cons: This is a very minor issue, but the heater was cranked up to maximum when we walkers into the room. It was insanely hot.
Good 6,0
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: No, it was pretty much what we expected for a Motel 6
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Slept well

Mediocre 2,5
Pros: none The pictures are deceiving
Cons: It’s dirty Smells like feces Expensive Bathroom drains not working
Poor 1,0
Pros: Location. That's about it.
Cons: I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The star rating is outdated. The room was very dirty and still carried some trash under the bed from previous guest. The lobby seats around the fireplace was ripped covered with some blankets.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The location was great and the rooms were cozy.
Mediocre 3,0
Pros: Location is great.
Cons: The room smelled like molds. The windows don't lock, and hotel did not send staff to fix even after we complained. The fan was loud. The hotel in general is very dated, it does not meet the stars.
Okay 5,0
Cons: What was described as "Human error," I was locked out of my room the second day of my stay. I went to the front desk to tell them I was locked out, and it took them over an hour to figure out the human error had me staying one night, not two.
Okay 5,0
Pros: The location - close to local shops and simple amenities
Cons: Definitely not rate as 3.5 star hotel. Would only give it a 2star. The rooms were musty, smelly and dark. The staff were not very helpful. The aircon was not working and the rooms in the summer were Super warm/hot at night. Definitely NOT a "Resort".
Okay 5,0
Pros: Rental equipment at hotel and shuttle service to the mountain and ok coffee served in lobby.
Cons: The rooms were old looking; the staff was mediocre; the coffee was mediocre; the store at the hotel didn't have a toothbrush it look me 1/2 a block to walk from my room to the lobby; they needed my ID to check out snow brush they couldn't make note
Excellent 8,0
Pros: They offered transportation to/from the ski mountain. Also, they had both a refrigerator and a microwave in your room. Nice big jacuzzi and a pool table in lobby, also. Close to restaurants.
Cons: Just a little TIRED!
Poor 1,0
Pros: Location
Cons: It advertised as a 3 star and the room was a 1 star.
Good 7,1
Pros: I like the location, it’s very convenient with stores, restaurants within walking area.
Cons: The staff aren’t very approachable. Customer service should be improved to encourage more people to stay. Rooms also need newer/ better appliances.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: steam sauna
Cons: hot tub temperature was too low, otherwise everything else was good.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The fireplace suite floor plan, the shuttle to the mountain, the heated floor and toilet seat in the bathroom.
Cons: The best was too soft

Good 6,8
Pros: Breakfast was pretty nice. It's was completely self service, but the fridge was well stocked.
Cons: There was no service whatsoever. When we arrived our keys weren't even there, and we had call the house keepers for an hour before we were simply told to grab our keys from the closet at the back of the desk.
Good 6,2
Pros: Low price Close to Mammoth Mountain Cozy feel and common space
Cons: Small room Low quality furniture Some damage in room
Good 7,7
Pros: The Innkeeper was very nice. The location was perfect- we walked to mammoth brewery for their hop'n'sage festival.
Cons: We were in mammoth when warmer weather was present. It felt a bit stuffy in the room with no ac or ability to open windows. We still were able to get good sleep.
Okay 5,0
Pros: Location
Cons: It’s run down for the price per night. Walls are paper thin, I could hear my neighbor peeing and washing up. So many house rules. I felt like it’s mom and dad’s house and I had to go to bed by 10pm. Had to move my car by a certain time for snow plow in the AM on one side of the house. Not use to so many rules while on vacation.
Good 6,3
Pros: Modern and stylishly furnished. Cosy fire in common area. Minimal plastic.
Cons: Blinds in room don’t cover window as tv bracket in the way. Couldn’t use sockets by bed as blocked by the bed. Toilet cubicle so small your knees touch the door unless you left the door open. Shower cubicle in the bedroom has clear glass which was ok for a couple but friends might not like it. Kettle in breakfast room had no socket to plug into unless you put it on floor. Plenty of frozen waffles for breakfast but nothing else. Not enough cutlery left out with no sink available to wash used cutlery in. Poor sound insulation in bedroom, I think the floor, so could hear everything from downstairs and other bedrooms. Host must have been aware of this as they left ear plugs out for us. Never saw host or any other staff during our stay so unable to comment on how they were.

Pros: Location
Cons: Air. Heater is loud
Excellent 10,0
Pros: VERY clean room, inside pool room and Jacuzzi. Close to store and gas station.
Cons: Nope!
Mediocre 2,5
Cons: I arrived at 6:30 pm and checked into our room. Walked into our room and it smelled heavily of marijuana. I went and complained to the front desk but they could not move us because the hotel was sold out. I went back upstairs and noticed the bathtub had not been cleaned, we had no towels in our room and the bathroom faucet did not work. Once again went down to the front desk to complain and was told that because it was a holiday weekend their cleaning staff was way behind schedule. I checked in at 6:30 at night I would hope that my room would’ve been cleaned by then. On another note the parking garage was under a firewatch and did not have a fire suppression system that was working. was there for a ski race with my daughter and had about $4000 in skis that I had to leave in my car that was not protected by a fire system. The swimming pool and hot tub facilities were overflowing with kids in the pool was a bright yellow and trash stuck all over the floor. When checking out the following morning staff said they noted my complaints and would notify the manager. I’ve left two messages With the manager and have not received a call back.
Okay 5,0
Pros: The facility could use an update
Cons: The breakfast was lacking selection and variety
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The breakfast had a decent variety of options, more than just continental but not hot prepared foods to order. The pool is warm indoor and jacuzzi was perfect after a day of skiing or snowboarding.
Cons: Not sure
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The ski locker and Starbucks being 4 steps away. Underground parking
Cons: It's a faded lady but proud!
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Helpful staff, clean room. Met expectations
Good 6,0
Pros: Nice lobby and pool and spa. Breakfast ample. Good underground parking.
Cons: Elevator was agonizingly slow. Hotel should upgrade the rooms with LED lighting.
Mediocre 2,0
Pros: Large room
Cons: Standard check in is 4p, we were there at 4 and they told us 30 more minutes, returned at 5:15 and they told us 15 more minutes. They also still use physical keys.

Cons: Some days they would clean the room and make the bed and replace clean towels, other days only replace towels....no consistency. Cable channels were glitching. I asked if they could fix it and they never did. Overall disappointing.
Good 6,0
Pros: Great location. Couldn't expect anymore or less for the price. We arrived very late (after 11 pm) and the check-in clerk was helpful and fast. Knowing that we were starting a back-packing trip the next morning, we even received pre-packed breakfast bags.
Cons: Parking lot was already full and we had to park on a dirt lot next to the hotel.
Okay 5,0

Pros: Great location and not to big but just the right size
Cons: The walls in the rooms are a little thin so you can hear the people next door if they’re being a little loud.
Good 6,3

Mediocre 2,0
Pros: It had a room available and the staff was nice.
Cons: The garage parking had a huge “speed bump” that sounded like it was eating my car. The air conditioner didn’t seem to cool the room at all. The towels were hard. The patio door didn’t lock. Too expensive. Just better then my
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location, cleanliness, friendly staff, breakfast options and coziness of the room in the middle of winter. The room also has its own mini fridge and microwave!
Cons: Everything was great
Okay 5,0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Mediocre 2,0
Pros: Good Location
Cons: I usually don't write review except this one. I've stayed with Travelodge at other locations before & had a fair experience. This property in Mammoth is poor & way too run down. Exinterior was ok. Interior was old, dark, damp, smelly, and dirty. Room/bathroom were very small. I had a very bad experience & I think the place is not worth $169/night. Even Motel 6 is better. I have booked another non-refundable stay for the President weekend with this place before my stayed & now regretted. I wish I should have known before I booked it.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: This facility met my expectations. I was comfortable, cost was competative and the staff was friendly and courtious
Cons: It met my expectations no complaints
Poor 1,0
Pros: Nothin!!! 1. To start the owners of the motel were rude to the there guests. There where yelling to every gets that came and complained of the bad service that they were reserving and they maid a really raises comment to me it was that “we are in America Mexican you should know your rules” when I just mead a simple easy question. 2. Had to rooms the first #214 had mold.. yes mold no mildew in the bathtub and hair. It was dirty had to clean it my self to have my kids be able to take a shower. Room tow #215 had a broken bed that Walent able to use agent and tell the manager and with bad actitud told me to understand that they were on renovations. 3. There breakfast is old coffee and old bread hard build eggs and that it.
Cons: All
