10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location near the Alcazar in the old city. Good for walking to historic sites as well as bars & restaurants. Our room with a balcony had a view over the countryside. The breakfast had a variety of local ham & cheeses. Has a garage for parking. Staff were very helpful, especially giving directions on the phone for driving to the location when we were confused by the signs limiting vehicular traffic in the old town, and by the very narrow one-way streets. We definitely recommend it.
Cons: Nothing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful historical building rebuild in bery modern style comfortable and really nice. Excellent location just in historical center of Segovia. Breakfast rich and varied.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Very stylish, modern, boutique hotel. Spotless throughout. Receptionist, Virginia, was so helpful and funny, as was Mariano.Israel seemed to be everywhere. And always helpful. Parking is a bit tight.
Cons: Nothing not to like
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was amazing. Room was very clean. Staff very polite and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was in great location, had nice size rooms with comfortable bedding and huge bathrooms. Bonus was the indoor secured parking garage at the back of the property. Double bonus and the star of the hotel, to us, is that amazing back patio with fantastic views of the country side, the city walls and the Cinderella-like castle. We were able to walk every were and were within stone's throw to the castle. The city is medieval and beautiful with the biggest church I have every seen for the small city like this. The other item to try in Segovia is the whole roasted suckling pig which we did and it was delicious if you can forget exactly what you are eating.
Cons: Nothing we did not like...but we had a few small challenges. 1 was trying to find the back of the hotel which is where the parking garage is located and 2 parking a car in a pretty tight space (or you can just be that woman who arrived same time we did and just take up two spaces as she could not back into one space properly).
9,3 Excellent
Pros: If you like to stay in the middle of the old down this is the place to be.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The bathroom was huge and the room was very clean. The location is perfect to visit the most important spots of the city. Quiet hotel. There is a garden downstairs with awesome views.
Cons: We parked far from the hotel because there is a sign in the only way to reach the hotel that doesn't let you go in. Later after, the hotel told us that we could have followed that road. I think that they should have said that through an email in advance to let have known the customers. Wifi didn't work good in our room.
10,0 Excellent

Pros: Room was very large, and beds comfortable. The location was perfect, right on the main plaza. We arrived a couple hours early and the very kind desk agent said the room was being cleaned but she would keep our bags and we could return in 20 mins. When we returned she said our bags were already in our room and it was ready. There were 2 chocolate bars in the room, a real treat!
Cons: Only negative we found was no coffee in the room, only instant decaf.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location in Segovia, beautiful building and the rooms.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great. Perfectly situated near all the main sites.
Cons: Unfortunately, during the summer months it is very hot and the hotel has an old air conditioning system that does not cool at all. It's more like a fan. We actually had to ask for a fan in order to sleep!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We've rented a premium room with a view and it was amazing. The room was huge and it had 2 small balconies opening to the Plaza Mayor with a perfect view of the Cathedral. Huge and comfortable bed, very nice and helpfull stuff, valet parking. It was perfect!
Cons: The breakfast wasn't anything special
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful, historic building with modern amenities. Perfect location. Very kind, helpful staff.
8,5 Excellent
Pros: This was certainly one of the nicest hotels I saw in Segovia. Also, it's right on Plaza Mayor so it's hard to miss (some hotels are located on side streets).
Cons: Outside Madrid, it is much harder to find English speaking staff-- and Segovia is no exception. While they were very accommodating, getting detailed instructions was sometimes a challenge.
6,0 Good
Pros: close to historic places
Cons: no matrimonial bed
8,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel occupies great location right on the Plaza Mayor, it has lovely large rooms with high ceilings and has a traditional feel, while at the same time providing flat screen tv and wifi. Staff were helpful and the price was unbeatable.
Cons: No
5,3 Okay
Pros: I am sorry we did not enjoy our stay at this hotel
Cons: On a cold wet evening we would like to have been able to sit in the hotel to read. There was no room in the foyer to do this as it is a small area and was already occupied by other guests. Our room was small and had only one chair so we did not enjoy our stay there.
5,7 Okay
Pros: great location
6,3 Good
Pros: Excelent value for money and very good setting in the plaza mayor of Segovia. Cosy deco with a romantic /old fashion look in a period building, the stairs are worth seeing. Very nice restaurant, cosy, warm and calming with excelent menu.
Cons: The staff in the hotel was lovely but we found the restaurant staff a little bit cold and we even felt a bit unconfortable a couple of times.
6,8 Good
Pros: Very Centrally located. Valet parking was a big plus. Rooms excellent
Cons: no
3,6 Mediocre
Pros: very good breakfast, for genuine gourmands
Cons: Oh, they have a big technical problems, so big, that they have in their staff one special man-engineer, who runs from room to room to open the disorder doors, repair the showers and so on. And the rooms are so little that if you are not a Liliputian it is difficult for you to live there.
7,2 Good
Pros: location,
Cons: had to wait 20 mins for car to be brought back from garage, when we were in a hurry to get out.PLane to catch! Not really hotel fault as 2 other guests had checked out minutes before asking for their cars, but maybe a back up garage attendant to speed up getting car in emergencies. Also asked for view of cathedral at booking and didnt get it.
7,2 Good
Pros: convenient situation for all the sights. clean simple rooms, comfortable beds, very good value for money
Cons:
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! Location, view, price, helpfulness of staff. We stayed at Plaza Mayor with a balcony view of the cathedral/ plaza.

Featured amenities include express check-in, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Planning an event in Segovia? This hotel has facilities measuring 3229 square feet (300 square meters), including conference space. 9,3 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect and the facilities were very modern and well-maintained. There was a delicious European style breakfast included and parking for our rental vehicle. The staff were accommodating and the room was cleaned well. Rooms came with a great variety of toiletries, including bubble bath and dental hygiene. We were very comfortable there.
Cons: The cost for parking on site was a bit high. Staff did not have information to help purchase tickets to local attractions and seemed unaware of some attractions, like the night tour of the cathedral tower. The room's air conditioning unit could not keep up with the heat of the summer, so the room stayed rather warm, even with the air conditioner turned on. The refrigerator also did not stay cold enough. We ended up getting ice from the front desk to cool down our beverages.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable room, lovely facilities, we parked in the basement and the lift was straight to our 3rd floor room, very convenient as we had a lot of luggage. Very friendly staff. Lovely bar. Excellent breakfast. Easy walking distance to all main attractions, yet room was very quiet.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location is great. Staff are excellent. Breakfast is excellent. A good selection of hot, cold, savoury and sweet dishes. Bathrooms were clean and well appointed. Great shower. We would definitely use the hotel again.
Cons: AC's are set up a little oddly and controlled by the Reception. So unable to turn on or off or adjust temperature without asking Reception. We booked 3 rooms. One of them had an odd smell which remained throughout. Room 102.
7,0 Good
Pros: The coffee and orange juice were good, the room was spacious and clean.
Cons: The air conditioner kept going off during the night so we would wake up as the room was hot and stuffy - this happened several times resulting in a very bad night with little sleep. The breakfast was not nice - despite our eating early, most of the food was not fresh.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel in superb location. It is literally minutes from the centre of town. Being so central means you can get a fair amount of night time noise, the Spanish don't need much of an excuse to be noisy.
Cons: Nothing really.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location and style of the hotel . Back into history . Very stylish and large room
Cons: The view on a wall
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Didn't use breakfast facility
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Perfect and calm location neat the cathedral and the aqueduct. Nice with balcony and AC. Breakfast was ok. It was a lot of fresh fruit but all the cakes and other sweet items is not so good, at least if you are a diabetic.
Cons: We would have appreciated to chairs on the balcony.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: A very tidy and modern feeling hotel in an old building. Nice breakfast. 5-10 minute walk to the top of the Roman aquaduct and the main street.
Cons: Dinner option?

9,3 Excellent
Pros: Good location, clean hostel, helpful staff
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is great and polite and they know all information about places of interest. The breakfast is simple but complete. The location is the best of this place: on the side of the aqueduct, the center, the bus, everything. Only have a strong staircase to climb, nothing to hinder being satisfied there! Enjoy Segóvia!

Pros: The room was cool and quiet.
Cons: The room had no view but comfortable. I was given a choice of rooms on arrival.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Best value in Segovia, comfy room, very friendly and helpful hostess.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The hostal is in a prime location, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall I had a lovely stay in Segovia.
Cons: Despite having a bathtub (which is a great bonus) the bathroom was cramped for space, which made bathing and getting ready a bit awkward.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The bed was extra large. Quiet.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were super friendly and very helpful. We had a large room at front which was very light and spacious. It's just a minutes walk from the Plaza Mayor and it's restaurants and bars. The Wi-Fi worked well which is a must for us as we are travelling and reserving hotels whilst we go. The air con worked well and there was no issues with the hot water supply. Overall, I would say that this place is exceptional value considering it's location.
Cons: I would say that later during the evenings, there was quite a lot of noise from the bars but this did not bother us.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The decoration was beautiful, very comfortable stay.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The. Staff was so friendly and facilities excellent
Cons: Everything was good
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great location near the Cathedral, comfortable and clean, pretty common areas.
Cons: Low-cost parking was advertised, but in the end, I had to use full price parking and walk 10 minutes back to the property.
7,5 Good
Pros: The hotel's location is great, in the heart of the old city of Segovia! The breakfast was really large, varied and delicious, good value for money. The bed was comfortable!
Cons: We got rooms on the ground floor which meant we had to go on -4 level with the elevator, we did have small windows, but no view...i guess it was just bad luck that we got those rooms, but as we paid a quite high rate we definitely were disappointed! The hotel is adapted from I think various traditional buildings, making it a little mazelike inside and funny with the levels. I wouldn't have chosen it had i known that the rooms were that different and some were much better (located) then others...the rooms on -4 should be cheaper!
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, overall clean, huge comfortable beds. Excellent location. Very helpful to my mother who is handicapped and needs wheelchair access.
Cons: We found spiderwebs in the corner. Parking is difficult, book a space in advance to not risk the hotel garage being full.
7,0 Good
Pros: The location
Cons: Their communication, they said that we will have double bed and then they gave us two bed. The staff didn’t solve the problem.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: location, staff, clenliness
Cons: noisy and small rooms
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location - really well located in the old city. Everything within walking distance. Secure underground parking, though it is a little tricky to get at. Fantastic breakfast - in fact the best we had on our holiday. We had a lovely view across the countryside from our room - wouldn't have known we were in the middle of the city. Helpful staff- provided map & directions. Hotel has a secure luggage storeroom.
Cons: Bathroom very tight - had to shut the door to be able to use toilet. Not an issue for us, but there are a lot of levels and steps which means it wouldn't be ideal if you had a buggy or wchr. However the old city area of Segovia itself isn't ideal for either due cobblestones and hills.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel all around at a great rate. Best was pleasant room and tasty breakfast buffet was included.
7,5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was pretty good.
Cons: The window in my room looked directly into the bathroom of another that was only 3 meters away. It meant in order to have privacy I had to keep my drapes closed. Room was very tiny, although I don’t think that was the case with most.
6,8 Good
Pros: The staff was very helpful, and the cleaning staff left the room perfect every day. The buffet breakfast was good. The room was reasonably big.
Cons: The building seems to have some problem with bad smells, at least on floor 0, in which my room was located. That is a problem of repairs that the owner should assume, I have nothing to say against the cleaning staff. The bathroom was ok, but there was only a bath, no shower, which made it difficult for my mother, and the shower hangs so low in the wall you need to bend down for the water to reach your head.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: We liked the location and the views from the lobby. The boy who received us (Olmo) was very nice and helpful giving us recommendations for places to visit, eat, etc. Everything in the room was great, I really liked the gel/shampoo they had in the bathroom!
Cons: In the pictures we saw a beautiful terrace with a view, which was a heavy reason why we chose this hotel rather than other options, when we asked for it the personal told us it was only open during breakfast time, so it was not a facility for all consumers of the hotel. Also it says that there is a Cafeteria in level 1 and it happens to be only open during breakfast time (8-10:30 am)...so again it is not actually a facility. Finally at the lobby they had some fresh water with lime (really nice and thoughtful detail for summertime), but normally it was empty, considering that outside we were under 35 C and that there’s is no cafeteria and the ice jar was right there in the lobby it would had been great if they could be more attentive with the replenishment of that nice service, bc it was right there but empty :( In summary we realised that everything that was hard to do well they did but it was in the simple things that they could do better, like to have always water in the jar and to open a terrace that you already have there :D
6,7 Good
Pros: 1. view from the room balcony. 2. design of the room with the rustic wooden windows, big old armchair and terracotta flooring with the large rug. 3. bathroom. overall, we absolutely loved the hotel/room which was felt was excellent value-for-money. it was essentially a hotel but felt more like a cosy inn which suited us perfectly as we don't like to stay in the typical tourist/business hotel.
Cons: perhaps the one let-down was the staff who did the check-in for us. he was not unfriendly or unprofessional but just seemed a little cold and extremely business-like.
4,3 Okay
Pros: hotel is close to historic center and walkable to sites in Segovia. Free WiFi was nice plus.
Cons: room safe didn't work in first room. We were switched to another, smaller room. Spa/hot tub was out of order during our whole stay. Parking was expensive and a hassle. "Cafeteria" was closed during the week. I expected a little more luxury for the price.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Brilliant hotel. Garage well worth the 13 euros. Spotless. Peaceful, great nights sleep.
Cons: No compliants at all.
6,7 Good
Pros: Location and stylish
Cons: Difficult to locate
6,3 Good
Pros: Good location for a one night stopover
Cons: Both rooms had a bad smell of spray, possibly to cover smoking. Not very nice.
6,0 Good
Pros: Comfortable atmosphere. Good location and facilities
Cons:
6,4 Good
Pros: Proximity to centre of town and views from rooms.
Cons:
7,6 Good
Pros: Room
Cons:
8,0 Excellent
Pros: the room was spacious, the balcony and view were fabulous!! we would definitely go back there again!
Cons: the plumbing (flushing of the toilet) was a little loud, but nothing that really bothered us - we assumed it just went with an old building.
7,6 Good
Pros: The location is excellent (roughly equidistant between the Aquaduct and the Alcazar), the staff were very helpful and the room was more than acceptable. We received an upgrade to a suite at no extra charge. Any room on the 3rd floor or above has great views of the surrounding countryside.
Cons: No complaints whatsoever.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent with a vary wide variety of food for everyone. I missed lactose free milk and gluten free bread.
Cons: No lactose free milk and no gluten free bread
7,7 Good
Pros: The hotel and room was fine.
Cons: We selected the hotel because it was closest to the cathedral with free parking, but the actual location was 2 miles away from the location displayed in the ap. Instead of an easy walk to the places we wanted to visit...taxi, taxi, taxi....
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. They gave us informative brochures and tips on transportation. Also the pool and breakfast were great. The hotel was very nice, clean and quiet.
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Service was excellent. Friendly staff always willing to help and serve with big smile.

Pros: Could be good idea to change the capsule café (contaminate a lot and the taste was not that good) for beans coffee.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Big comfortable room and bathroom. Lovely lobby, nice grounds. Nice restaurant.
Cons: I like coffee and tea maker in room, there isn't one. Air con not very powerful during our stay.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Location Atmosphere Incl breakfast and WiFi
Cons: Would be nice to have option of English TV channel or two (like news).
7,7 Good
Pros: My room was huge, clean, comfortable, and lovely (especially for then price).
Cons: When I checked in, I was told that breakfast was included with my stay, so I planned the beginning of my day around Hay. When I got to the breakfast room, the wait staff asked for my room number and had a list that told who was able to eat breakfast. I wasn’t on the list, so she came back up to me and told me but said not to worry and that she would ask the front desk. I asked if I should wait on getting my tea, but she said not to worry and went to the front desk. When she came back, she told me that it wasn’t included and just stared at me. It was awkward and she muttered something like I could still drink the tea, but I put it down, picked up my things, and sat in the lobby. I suppose I could have talked further with a staff member about it, but I was under one impression and when that didn’t turn out to be the case, they didn’t offer any other solutions. It was embarrassing to say the least.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Classy, luxurious, silver service, couldn’t fault it. Excellent value for money, we will definitely stay again. The rooms are lovely and comfy, the beds are huge. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast is worth the 10 euros, the bar snacks are great and the evening meal was excellent. We enjoyed a lazy few days relaxing round the pool and felt like we been treat like Kings.
Cons: Absolutely nothing. It was perfect. 15min walk from town but taxis come quick and are very cheap.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Utterly luxurious and immensely spacious rooms and bathroom.
Cons: Nothing not to like!
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Big rooms
Cons: Slightly far to walk to town
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Stunning hotel
Cons: The hotel bar closed early

Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a business center, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Free self parking is available onsite.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The views were phenomenal
Cons: The hotel is a little dated but not at all tired. It’s actually really lovely!
5,8 Okay
Pros: An excellent breakfast and generally a very comfortable hotel. The pool and its surroundings were incredible. However, there was no wow factor that you get in many Parador hotels. The rooms were bog standard, much like any run-of-the-mill business hotel.
Cons: We stayed there without a car and it was really unsuited to people without their own transport. The walk into the city centre took about 40 minutes and was really frustrating because halfway you were still within a very short distance from the hotel due to the layout of the roads (see photo below). We could not understand why a more direct route hadn't been made when the hotel was built. There is a bus into the city but even then it is 20 minutes walk to the bus stop. We ended up spending a lot on taxis (7 or 8 euros each way). Frankly I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone without a car.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: *The view: Absolutely wonderful! Better than Toledo. *Staffs: very kind and friendly. Especially front desk and outdoor pool. *Wifi: worked well *Room: Clean and comfortable *I loved modern design of the building

9,3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely place. Lovely view over Segovia. Comfortable beds and room. The view from the balcony was amazing! The Pool area is nice and so are the Hotel interiour! The cleaning was awsome!
Cons: Please teach the Stuff to smile and say HOLA or Buenos Dias to the guests passing by!!!!! A fantastic Hotel as Parador should have happy, smiling and service minded workers!! Its a shame not to. One of them was though service minded -the man who brought us Dinner in room service at late evening! But the rest - not!

Pros: Very close to acueducto, in the center of old town. Quiet. Clean. Air conditioning working well. Nice place to visit the old town of Segovia.
Cons: No lift.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The location is great – within sight of the aqueduct and about a 5 minute walk from the bus to the train station. I could actually see the aqueduct while lying bed. The hotel has been recently renovated and is very pleasant. My room was very quiet despite the central location.
Cons: The bed was too soft for my taste, although others may like it. The desk is rarely staffed, although it really didn't cause me any problems.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Plenty of space, clean, all conforts present (even aircon), really in the center.
Cons: No reception, when arriving later we had to call and wait a short while

Pros: no breakfast
Cons: price seemed high.

Pros: Staff at reception, Papua, helped with medical emergency. A big help.
Cons: The venue must provide details of where to park the car. Parking was underneath the aquatic in an underground Carpark with stairs up to within 200 m of the venue and very easy and convenient when we had the info. Perhaps tell guests that parking is 45 euro for two and a half days. A big add on to the bed cost
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location, cleanliness, flexibility to check in
Cons: There is no lift.
6,3 Good
Pros: The location.
Cons: Too expensive for the facilities they had and bad mattress.

7,0 Good
Pros: It's a beautiful older building in a great location. Marta, the receptionist, is fantastic and friendly. The room did have double windows at the window which helped to block the noise and there is a mini split for white noise. The bed was very comfortable.
Cons: It's right next to a busy bus stop so there is constantly bus noise except late at night when, unfortunately for us, it was Saturday night and there were tons of people in the street and in the bar next door so it was a bit noisy.

Pros: The location was excellent - just off the Plaza Central and Cathedral. The staff were really helpful. We loved the tapas restaurant that belongs to the hotel with a different entrance.
Cons: We thought from the image that there was a hotel pool. However, we did get a discount as a guest to use the spa.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Cosy and nice place to stay over. We only stayed for one night and didn't use any amenities of the hotel. The location was perfect, in the middle of old town and close to acveduct. We came by car and got very good instructions from the hotel how to drive infront of the hotel and after check-in how to park outside the oldtown (but not far away) for free.
Cons: Room interior was a bit old and should be renowated quite soon.
7,5 Good
Pros: That the people were friendly and there was a beautiful view outside my balcony
Cons: The beds were very hard and the shower didn’t close all the way so it got water all over the floor

Loved the property’s tapus bar, food was very tasty. Good short term parking to drop off your bags before going to secure parking.

Cons: A little outside of Segovia
5,5 Okay
Pros: Bathroom modern, clean with good shower.
Cons: We were made to feel less than welcome when arriving before 3:00pm. We were asked to go away and come back later. Breakfast charge didn't seem good value especially when informed that fresh orange juice would be 2 Euros extra per person so we didn't have it. La falta de cortesia nos tomo' por sorpresa. No nos sentimos ni bienvenidos ni relajados. Tuvimos que firmar una nota por desperfectos o robos!!

Pros: The room was very comfortable and overall the hotel very pleasant indeed.

Pros: Good value for the money you pay Is very close to the city center (~5 minutes on foot)
Cons: The staff doesn’t speak English very well
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: It was clean. The woman & son who booked us in were friendly.
Cons: We booked & stayed 2 nights on 5 & 6 Oct 2018 . It is not convenient to the historical town. Note, we just walked the Camino, so we are not lazy. No staff or reception facilities. The only time we saw anyone was when we had to ring them to come down, to let us into the building. They only take cash, no credit card. They do not speak English. Not good value for money. We discovered better value places in town. We expected a lot more from the reviews. Pretty sterile place. Not recommended. Try other accommodation in town.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Great staff. Close to Acueducto. Really clean and the best it had AC for summer.
Cons: There is no lobby. When we arrived we did not know where to go. You need to ring other house and then the owner goes to receive you.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: Not much
Cons: Complicated process to get in because no reception at this address. Would only accept cash payment. Safe in room was broken. Bed linen smelly Better value elsewhere

Pros: Friendly, perfect location, wonderful views and great rooms. The rooftop deck is really nice
Cons: ?
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel location is excellent, a great hotel, rooms, staff, communication, service, views, roof terrace all fantastic. Take advantage of the valet parking and book it if you have a car with you it makes like much easier. Hotel has a rich history of film stars staying and this is documented on the walls and in a leaflet. It has a library sitting rooms and best of all a roof terrace with two different views of the city. Would have no hesitation in returning.
Cons: Maybe a couple of extra tea bags or coffee sachets in the room
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful location. Nice facility. Very comfortable
Cons: Everything was fine. WIFI reception was a bit weak in the rooms.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Right in the middle of town, this hotel has the perfect location. Our room was very spacious and nicely furnished. We had a wonderful view over the city to the countryside from our windows. The shower was enormous and worked well. Nice selection of bath products. Thank you for the robes and slippers. Valet parking. (Note: if you are coming by car, follow the directions the hotel sends you carefully. Our GPS did not take us to the correct location and we had a difficult time getting to the hotel. Luckily a meter man who spoke some English came to our rescue.)
Cons: Unfortunately the air conditioning in our room did not work. A repair person was sent and that helped but the room never got cool which made for a bad night’s sleep. I would have rated higher other than this.

The Eurostars Plaza Acueducto**** offers the best location in the city of Segovia, in front of the famous Aqueduct of Segovia which you can see from inside of its rooms. This excellent location allows you to visit the old town without the necessity of any kind of transportation means. This is a new building inaugurated in summer 2006. Our modern facilities offer you all the necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay and the opportunity to discover the beauty of Segovia, and its surroundings, as well. New opening 500 lots public parking in front of the Hotel.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Everything was excellent
Cons: Pricing policy. I didn’t like that it cost 15€ to park the car.
4,5 Okay
Pros: Location was good for discovering Segovia.
Cons: Poor reception area. Room wasn't ready at the advertised time and no bar to grab a cold or hot drink after a 7 hour drive, only a half full pitcher of warm water or DIY coffee. We had to go straight out again into heat to find somewhere. Room advertised view of the aquaduct, which it did if only you could leave curtains open which you couldn't at it opened on to service stairs being used. Underground parking was poorly signed and should say unsuitable for very large vehicles. Only one way in and out and saw one gentlemen struggling to turn his car round to get out. There is no restaurant except a room for a buffet breakfast which we didn't stay for as overpriced and there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: secure parking although a little difficult using your room key for the elevator from parking area
Cons: Breakfast not great, no assistance readily available. Shortage of milk, orange juice etc
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing helpful staff
Cons: No swimming pool
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Good hotel , just a few hundred metres from the aqueduct, secure motorcycle parking.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location and garage facility.bar
Cons: Bar facilities, but location made up for it.
7,5 Good
Pros: It’s a decent hotel located at the base of the city... short 7-8 min walk to get inside Laguardia. It’s definitely not a 3 star place, more like a nice 2 star. No bell service at check in, had to pay extra to park, breakfast was pretty good, the bar was so/so. The pool was a disappointment... . Our room was very clean. Not very modern. Overall a good value for the money but don’t expect 4 star service and luxury.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Superb location next to aqueduct. Comfy bed. Easy parking.
Cons: Bedroom small and bathroom needs update.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Location very good. A good breakfast. Friendly staff
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Room was very comfortable and good size. View from window of Aqueduct stunning

Overview Reviews
With a stay at Hotel San Antonio El Real in Segovia, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Segovia Aqueduct and Alcazar of Segovia. Featured amenities include a business center, express check-in, and express check-out. Free self parking is available onsite.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: Very little. The walk to the aqueduct was convenient and the free parking was nice.
Cons: Based on the property photos and the rating of four stars, we expected a much different experience than the one we were presented with. The photos are misleading and the property is far from what you would expect from a hotel rated four stars. Do they meet the base minimum level of criteria/“amenities” to achieve four stars? Sure. Are they clearly not trying to provide any sort of high quality service? Absolutely not. The rooms were filthy (our rugs were badly stained and very worn, the grout throughout the entire space on the tile floors looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in decades, we had large dings in our walls, and had to kill a large black spider on our ceiling within minutes of arriving and settling in). It says a lot of the room if both my husband and I felt we had to walk around our room with flip flops. The hotel staff was not at all warm or concerned about customers, the facility smelled very odd throughout, the breakfast was below mediocre, and just simply put, the hotel was sad, worn, and had just an overall depressing feeling. Some folks in these reviews think it’s “thoughtful” that they give you melatonin in your room. It’s not thoughtful—it’s necessary because of how thin the walls are, you would never sleep otherwise. We thought our 80 euros a night was a deal when we booked it, but once we arrived, we realized our money would have been much better spent at a 50 euro/night 2 or 3 star hotel option. What an awful way to end an otherwise wonderful vacation.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Ambience of the hotel and excellent restaurant.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel, pleasant staff, excellent location for visiting the city on foot as you follow the Aqueduct from its front door into town (20 mins?). Excellent bar and restaurant. It was great to eat there after a long day walking.
Cons: Small point but nowadays, most hotels provide a remote control for the TV which you can change the language of the films with.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Bedroom spacious and very quiet. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast excellent Car parking on site included
Cons: A liitle walk from the centre which didnt bother us, but may affect those less able
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location for a walk into the main part of town. Lovely room, peaceful night's sleep. Nice grounds.
Cons: We couldn't have the room's window open as there was a strong smell of the drains. Unfortunate in such hot weather.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Old monastery so lots of character. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurant for lunch. Good breakfast included in room rate. Free parking, which is most unusual in Spain. Walk into town following the Roman aqueduct. Stunning and you can't get lost!
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful historic building with comfortable room and tastefully presented lounge bar etc. Very good breakfast with lots of choice including some hot options. Good aircon. Easy stroll into town.
Cons: Bar waitress was not very patient with our lack of Spanish. The bathroom could do with a makeover as it was not up to the standard of the rest of the room. The free parking can get full.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Free onsite parking. Very good breakfast. Follow viaduct on foot outside entrance to car park right into centre.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: We have stayed at this almost every summer since if first opened 12 years ago. The staff are fantastic and always try to help. The rooms are all lovely although the rooms in the new wing are better suited for our needs as there is a bit more space to navigate around. If you don't have any mobility issues, the rooms in the old cloisters are wonderful and very romantic. The food offering is fantastic and pleased to see that they now have English menus.
Cons: Despite stating that you can get food in the cafeteria all day, it was closed both lunchtimes we were there so we had to eat in the restaurant which was a bit more expensive and we really only wanted a snack. I think it was down to the availability of staff but frustrating.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed. Quiet area.
Cons: No coffee maker in the room.
7,1 Good
Pros: The hotel was located within walking distance of the aquiducts at Plaza del Azoguejo. Garage parking available. Staff did give directions to local sights.
Cons: The Wifi was terrible in the room and very slow in the reception area. When I reported the problem staff said No one else has complained. When I asked about the Gym and the Sauna they told be they were having problems and the facilities were not available. I wish they would have stated that on their posting. The water in the bath was warm but not Hot. I tried at different times and got adequate warm water at off peak hours. Otherwise it was barely warm. The bathrooms looked old.
