Cons (-) This place was horrible! The lady at the desk was cold and unfriendly during check in. We were up for a funeral so just checked in and then came back around 10 at night. The toilet was broke and ran ALL night long, the AC kept shutting down - the TV was from the 90's- my wife burnt herself washing her hands because the water temp was scolding hot - the microwave was on top of the fridge but there ...

Pros (+) Staff was absolutely great! Extremely courteous and helpful. Room was very clean, plenty of hot water, housekeepers were extremely courteous and efficient. Once again, great staff from front desk through housekeeping.

Pros (+) Convenient location. Staff 'act' friendly.
Cons (-) We stayed one night, unpacking as little as possible. It's been 3 days since we left and our rental car still stinks from our suitcases that absorbed the cigarette smoke in the room. It is bad, very bad. I asked for a non-smoking room and they wanted $40 more. My sleep apnea medical device will need to be replaced as I can't get the smell out even after aggressive cleaning.
