Cons (-) It was dingy and dilapidated tub peeling. The security lock was broken I had to sleep with a chair jammed under door. The room had an intense smell of cigarettes

Pros (+) The staff was awesome. Very friendly and very helpful, even when they were super busy! We had to lock something up behind the desk, had to ask for directions, etc, during our 5-night stay, and they were always very friendly. Really like the location across the street from the bus stop into Times Square, and the hot breakfast!
Cons (-) More biscuits and gravy for breakfast, please!
