Pros (+) Service and Location were awesome. Close to Westlake Center where you can catch the monorail or Link light rail.
Cons (-) Pillows weren’t great for me, but I also didn’t ask for another one. No pool or hot tub and bath tubs seemed old even though I don’t think they were.

Cons (-) The resort fee that's required seems like a secret they don't want you to know about. The elevators are old and clunky.

Cons (-) There was a lot of noise filtering in -some from children in the next room, but a lot of mysterious whines and wails and clunks that sounded like they came from the mechanicals of the building.
