Pros (+) The location was great for me. Close to the University, Walmart and restaurant choices. The lobby was nice. The workout facility had a treadmill which I needed. My price was great so I guess for the money I spent, everything was adequate but I probably would not stay there again.
Cons (-) My bathroom was not clean. Smelled like mildew and there was a lot of hair behind the door from previous guests. The carpet around the AC had not been vacuumed in quite some time. I was given 2 conditioners and no shampoo and didn't realize it till I was in the shower trying to wash my hair. The breakfast was not appetizing. The bagels were hard as a rock. Bread was not soft. Pros (+) Great facilities, love the Microtel concept. And Pete Patel (owner), his family members who work there, and staff do a great job.
Cons (-) Pete typically does the "thousand yard stare," with no smile, and doesn't greet guests. Until you speak to him, then he's very friendly. But he sure doesn't look that way at first.

Pros (+) The price was good since I booked through Kayak
Cons (-) When I arrived, my bathroom was not supplied thoroughly. There was no soap, shampoo or conditioner. I went to the front deal to ask for those supplies and they did not have any conditioner (I have long hair). The next morning (Friday) after I went to the bathroom, the toilet clogged. I informed the front desk of this as I left out at 9:00 am. I returned at 2:00 pm to find that it was still clogged...
