We use this hotel for our cruise to Alaska. This hotel was in SeaTac Seattle next to the airport. The hotel offered free shuttle from the airport to the hotel and was accommodating. There was no free shuttle to the cruise line Pier 66. Food close by was a Denny's restaurant which was walking distance. We use lyft for our transportation to the cruise line. Pros (+) This place was very dirty. Smelt of mold. When I tried to cancel my reservation, they did not honor their cancellation policy. Kept giving me the run around. I will never stay at another red roof again.

Pros (+) Front desk staff friendly but not particularly service-oriented. Plenty of hot water.
Cons (-) Rooms are very cheaply constructed and furnished. Walls are thin - can hear neighbors, ceiling creaks when people walk around in the room above. Beds are among the least comfortable I’ve paid to sleep in. Bathroom had a funny smell. Parking and unloading were inconvenient. Terrifically overpriced for the quality of the room; save your money and stay at one of the off-brand hotels nearby

Pros (+) The folks at the desk were very nice for check in and check out.
Cons (-) The fire alarm system was broken. We had multiple fire alarms going off between 3:30 and 4:30am. The firefighters had to come twice to reset the system. The blowdryer in my room also didn’t work. Horrible night stay with little sleep.
