The pool was nice?
The hotel was outdated and the rooms were not up to standards. There was construction going on outside the room and it was just unpleasant to be in the room
Disappointing but not terrible
Pool area and restaurant were very nice. Enjoyed the desert views. The staff was helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable.
There was litter in the lobby and the elevator. The small coffee and water bar were not properly stocked or restocked. We did not leave our towels on the floor, intending to reuse and conserve water. They were taken anyway. The shower drain was clogged, which housekeeping should have noticed.
Failed to get the rooms promised
Rooms were not available when we arrived, but they allowed us to use the pool area as we were waiting
I reserved high value rooms, but they did not have them available and were forced to take other rooms. When asked about difference in cost between the high end rooms and the ones we were forced to take, they said they "were all the same value". Despite specific reservations, they would not refund or discount the amount we had paid for the high end rooms. This was dishonest and they would not acknowledge that we were not getting the rooms we had reserved.
Very clean and modern. Excellent rooms, pools, restaurants. Casino buffet one of the best ever. Everything was delicious-especially the crab legs on Weds. Pool area was very nice with a pool bar and practice putting green area - even a "pet" road runner who stopped by our poolside table looking for a hand out.
A little far out from Scottsdale (approx 12 miles), but well worth the drive.
Nice place outside Scottsdale.
A very nice hotel. Beautiful desert location. Nice golf course. The pool area is the highlight.
Walked thru the casino - needed a gas mask to get through it. They had trouble finding our reservation from Kaqak.
Clean rooms, clean resort, awesome pools. 20+ minutes outside of Phx but only 5 min from town of fountain hills which basically has everything you would need. Overall very pleased with stay and resort .. Didn't eat at restaurants on site but there were a few.
Beds not so comfy. Also pool bar didn't open till 1:00 and it was only staffed by one bartender who was very busy. Free coffee and tea was available in lobby till 6am? Thought 7am would have been more reasonable.
The food is fantastic for the money. I ate at the restaurant 5 times in 4 days and it was so much value for the money. The remainder of outings I ate in Scottsdale at different establishments. Though I found food as good, I never found anything even close to the value. The gym is nice and clean. All the machines I used worked. The pool was very nice and clean. The lobby is dated it seems, but the place is beautiful at night. The staff was always friendly. I dare anyone to find better food at a better price than this place.
It is presented as a 4 star resort. I am suspicious that though this resort was enjoyable, and a ton of value in my mind, I would not put this at the same level as say Westin. If you are used to more lush stay similar to say the Biltmore in Scottsdale or such, this might not be the right place for you. It seems to be advertised as a much finer establishment than what I think it actually is. I travel over 200 days of the year so I do discriminate. I would totally go back to this resort a second time without any question at all.
Staff was excellent!! From the people who park your car to the people who clean your room!! Front desk check in was amazing!! Would defiantly go back
The golf course and associated restaurant were spectacular.
The casino was nothing special.
Clean, friendly, quiet
It not a Raddisson anymore - would have been nice to know that since we looked for 1/2 hour before going inside to find out it wasn't the Raddission anymore
Nice access to casino. Pool and hot tub very nice to enjoy with 110 degree heat. Nice desert setting.
Food prices a little high. Upgrade to pool view room wasn't like amazing.
