The room was first class, the hotel staff was kind and caring. The pool and hot tub were relaxing and enjoyable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Coffee all day. Free water bottles at check in.

Pros (+) Shuttle service is convenient and breakfast good. They even offer a sack breakfast for those who must leave for the airport before their 6 a.m. breakfast time.

Pros (+) The thing that made our stay at the Hampton inn O'Hare so nice was the hospitality of the staff. This one man went above and beyond for us.
Cons (-) The rooms had a weird smell to them but we got over it after about the first hour.
