Pros (+) Breakfast was terrific! Staff were very personable. I really felt so comfortable in that atmosphere. Also, the main area, for breakfast and reception was always being cleaned up each morning - very much appreciated. Also, the fact that they allowed (at least one) theraoy dog was very cool -everyone enjoyed petting Frankie.
Cons (-) Well, I suppose some of the decor is getting a little frayed - especially the carpets. But, the comfortable atmosphere was a major plus.
Pros (+) Shuttle service is convenient and breakfast good. They even offer a sack breakfast for those who must leave for the airport before their 6 a.m. breakfast time.

Pros (+) For the price, my stay at Hampton O'Hare was excellent.
Cons (-) Some how they charged me 20$ more per room then I had booked for. They did make the adjustment after I brought it to their attention.
Pros (+) Staff was super helpful. Rooms were very clean. Great centennial breakfast. Everything was easy and smooth about our stay.
Pros (+) It's a good hotel and a good location for me when in the area for work. It's clean, the staff is helpful and I liked my stay. This is my second visit.
