The room was first class, the hotel staff was kind and caring. The pool and hot tub were relaxing and enjoyable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Coffee all day. Free water bottles at check in.

Pros (+) Breakfast was terrific! Staff were very personable. I really felt so comfortable in that atmosphere. Also, the main area, for breakfast and reception was always being cleaned up each morning - very much appreciated. Also, the fact that they allowed (at least one) theraoy dog was very cool -everyone enjoyed petting Frankie.
Cons (-) Well, I suppose some of the decor is getting a little frayed - especially the carpets. But, the comfortable atmosphere was a major plus.

Pros (+) Shuttle service is convenient and breakfast good. They even offer a sack breakfast for those who must leave for the airport before their 6 a.m. breakfast time.
Cons (-) Nothing close enough to walk for dinner.

Pros (+) The thing that made our stay at the Hampton inn O'Hare so nice was the hospitality of the staff. This one man went above and beyond for us.
Cons (-) The rooms had a weird smell to them but we got over it after about the first hour.

Pros (+) the quietness of the room -- even though my widow faced the busy street and non-stop traffic
