Pick up and drop off is awful. You must take the rental shuttle to the main rental terminal off site, then call for their own shuttle to take you further off site. I waited an additional 25 minutes for the extra shuttle. Furthermore there was no urgency. Van wasn’t washed until we checked in2,0 Poor

This location is super shady with their pricing. Why do you, as KAYAK and priceline.com, allow this company to post on your website that unlimited miles are included in their pricing without an asterisk or something to let the consumer know there’s an actual restriction for in-state customers before reserving the vehicle? I was already under pressure to get this vehicle for the holiday trip my family and I were having to NYC. I had to find out at the store that was 30 minutes away from me. Lastly, the staff there was super rude, and had their lines ready to justify their shady practices. Not once did they apologize. They just went to the fine print to clear themselves. I mean, how many people read the fine print on their cellphone contacts, new phone policy, or new credit card policy? I bet not many do. That's why you post that restriction on the front, so people can make the right choice right away and not waste time. I’ve had bad experience renting vehicles, but this takes the cake.2,0 Poor

My reservation was cancelled after I moved it from 12pm to 3 pm and the agent was completely rude and the manager’s only response was to let him know who I spoke to in order to change my reservation! Like that was going to help me in some way! Will never, ever do business with them again!!10,0 Wonderful

We eanted an exonomical solution for transportation. We ended up getting a mini van which was actually cheaper than an Economy Class vehicle. Plus we got an upgrade!Ace

Pros:
Customer service was great and they were very friendly. They will pick you up at the Rosemont train station and take you to pick up your car. The train station is only one stop away from O'Hare Airport. You only pay $3.00 dollars per person one way. The rental property say Schiller park but it's really next door from Rosemont IL. I will be renting here again in the futureCons:
