Pros: First it took 1.5 hours to get from the airport to the rental facility, which is off site from he the other car rental companies. My wife complained to the agent about the their poor shuttle service and she was not very apologetic . I was told I needed an insurance ID, which I did not have with me. No other rental companies require one, in fact the Route website only says one is needed for under 25 years old renters. I had my insurance company email an ID to me which took 5 minutes. The agent got into an argument with my wife and told me she was not renting me a car even though I had all the necessary documents and cards. We end up getting a ride back to the other car rental to get a car there and finally got on the road 5 hours after arriving at the airport. I wrote claim to get my prepaid rental money back I am waiting for the that to happen. Lessons learned, do not rent from Route ever, do not prepay for a rental, do not get a rental from an off site company in Chicago.Cons: Rent from the all know companies, the save on the rental price is not worth all the hassles

Cons: Every traveler had trouble finding this place. Once I finally found the place, I waited 35 min for the shuttle and another 30 in line at routes.

Pros: They are unhelpful and they charged me a money and I didn’t receive the service however they won’t to refund my money because my DL still read ILCons: They supposed to be a helpful and understandable and take care of their costumers especially at this time during covid19 a lot of people lost their job.

Pros: Once I made it to the rental office, the pick up was super fast. And the drop was easy and quick and we were taken to the airport without delay. Thank you!Cons: It would be easier to explain to customers your agents are NOT in the airport car rental building so we do not waste time looking, but we can call immediately upon arrival for your van to pickup the customer. Other than that, everything went well.

Pros: They had a car for me and it was reasonably priced.Cons: Getting the car took a while because there was only one staff member there. Also, I was just charged $66 a month and a half after drop off. I have been trying to get in touch with them, with absolutely no luck. I would like to know what the charges were for.

Pros: Good price is the only positive about my experience.Cons: Pick up and drop off is awful. You must take the rental shuttle to the main rental terminal off site, then call for their own shuttle to take you further off site. I waited an additional 25 minutes for the extra shuttle. Furthermore there was no urgency. Van wasn’t washed until we checked in

The worst car rental experience ever!Pros: Absolutely nothing!Cons: This location is super shady with their pricing. Why do you, as KAYAK and priceline.com, allow this company to post on your website that unlimited miles are included in their pricing without an asterisk or something to let the consumer know there’s an actual restriction for in-state customers before reserving the vehicle? I was already under pressure to get this vehicle for the holiday trip my family and I were having to NYC. I had to find out at the store that was 30 minutes away from me. Lastly, the staff there was super rude, and had their lines ready to justify their shady practices. Not once did they apologize. They just went to the fine print to clear themselves. I mean, how many people read the fine print on their cellphone contacts, new phone policy, or new credit card policy? I bet not many do. That's why you post that restriction on the front, so people can make the right choice right away and not waste time. I’ve had bad experience renting vehicles, but this takes the cake.

Horrible experiencePros: NothingCons: My reservation was cancelled after I moved it from 12pm to 3 pm and the agent was completely rude and the manager’s only response was to let him know who I spoke to in order to change my reservation! Like that was going to help me in some way! Will never, ever do business with them again!!

Very helpful staff and great value!Pros: We eanted an exonomical solution for transportation. We ended up getting a mini van which was actually cheaper than an Economy Class vehicle. Plus we got an upgrade!

Great location no airport taxesPros: Customer service was great and they were very friendly. They will pick you up at the Rosemont train station and take you to pick up your car. The train station is only one stop away from O'Hare Airport. You only pay $3.00 dollars per person one way. The rental property say Schiller park but it's really next door from Rosemont IL. I will be renting here again in the futureCons: I liked everything, there were no dislikes
