Pros (+) Problem at 8 PM,, engineering cane right up. This is an extended stay so no restaurant or food available except for a micro market (full kitchen in room) . Free shuttle to airport. I stay at this hotel frequently when doing business in the ORD area.

Pros (+) Great staff. Room has full kitchen but no restaurant nearby. If you are flying out of O'Hare this would be a great place to stay but I had work in the area and location is perfect.

Pros (+) Very close and great price. Nice bed and great setup in the room
Cons (-) Very unfriendly young lady at front desk. Very surprising that we came in and hear loud innapropriate rap music from behind the front desk.

Pros (+) Convenient location. Used the nearby Pride Parking facilities for inexpensive store of our car and airport shuttle while we were out of the country for six weeks. Free laundry facilities. While there is no in house restaurant, there are several very good places nearby. We plan to go back whenever we need to fly out of OHARE.
Cons (-) Heater in the room did not seem to be getting up to temperature quite and it was winter. We were only there one night so it was only a minor inconvenience.
