Toilet wouldn’t flush (one in our party had used it). Went to front desk. They sent up a person with a plunger to address the situation. It was obvious he didn’t know how to use a plunger. I asked for it and he gave it to me and left. I attempted to open the toilet with no success (well over a dozen attempts). Whomever cleaned the room had to have known it didn’t flush. I returned to the front desk to see him talking with the receptionist - he never returned to assist or help clean up the mess. He never inquired about our situation. I told them I needed a new room. He asked for my key back first - I replied I had to move everything by myself as others had gone to the pool and I’d return it later.. I moved everything to the new room, leaving a wet floor with feces and urine. I cleaned up and went to the pool. The facility had one bench to seat 2-3 people, so everyone else had to sit on the floor and place belongings on the floor. The pool was cloudy - one couldn’t see the bottom, even in the shallow end. Hot tub? Cold water, dirty, not useable. Sunday afternoon (following day) I have chemical burns on my calves from the water splashing while plunging the toilet (I was wearing shorts). My biggest issue: staff didn’t appear to give a damn. I’ve read many of the other responses. Management/owners have some real work to do.
Pros:Really only the proximity to the airport.
Cons:There was no breakfast, crowded pool, extremely loud fighting next door most of the night and a loud room keeper that came early and knocked on every single door in the place.
Pros:Room, transportation to and from restaurant for dinner and enjoyable hot breakfast in the morning. Also very pleasant staff.

Pros:Convenient location. You'll have a plethora of restaurants and stores to visit when you're there. There's free breakfast and WiFi too.
Cons:My only complaint is the giant cobweb hanging from the ceiling of my room...but other than that everything else was fine.
Pros:The staff was great. They were very friendly and helpful.
Cons:The walls are very thin. It is too easy to hear conversations and the TV in the next room.
Pros:Affordable Close to lots of shops and restaurants Close to the highway Breakfast was good but not a lot of sitting room for weekenders. Beds slept well.
Cons:Not as clean as I would have liked. We found mold in the AC unit. They did give us 10% off because of it. They do not do the little things to keep the hotel clean. Elevators were small.
Pros:Glad that it was indoors
Cons:Didn't like how it smelt like pee and after I got out and showered my skin was really dry but other that that the stay was great

Cons:The bathroom had water damage from the floor above, the breakfast offering was poor.
Cons:The bed was not properly seated on the bed frame. Had to remove the mattress and box spring to fix it. Shouldn't have to do that. During the breakfast peak, they need one more person to stay on top of demand.
