Ironing facilities are available at a surcharge. A homemade breakfast is provided each morning at Peonia at home. Guests can also enjoy an evening meal, prepared upon request. Pros: The place is very nice, rooms are spacious and have pretty much what you need. The living rooms as well are a good place to stay and relax. Breakfast was nicely prepared.
Cons: First would be the check-in and check-out policy. To check in after 17 and check out before 11 is not nice! I,be been traveling all night and I got to the propriety at 10 o’clock. I didn’t checked the check in hours because it didn’t cross my mind that could be that late. I couldn’t get in, I was only allowed to park my car inside the facility. I was expecting more hospitality considering that the accommodation was in a home context. I had to rest in the car and ask like a Holmes to be allowed to use the restroom. Later on at 15 o clock I had a business meeting and I needed to change my clothes. I had to ask for that also to get in the restroom to change. When you have a guest in such a context I don’t think is too much to offer a bottle of water. The policy doesn’t allow the free cancelation so I was stuck in the car for several hours because otherwise I would have canceled the stay there and go for a hotel. The house is on a road that is going up the hill and does not have any place to park. The house is not very well signaled and it’s a little confusing. Everything is closed, they could leave at least the gate open to have access with the car there. For me it was a little bit chilly in the room and I had no opportunity to heat the room. For the breakfast I would personally prefer to have what is available at hand. There were things like ham and cheese brought to the table only on request. Not everyone eat jam and cache at breakfast, so it would be good to have the opportunity to pick what you want or at least to know what is available. There are small things that can make this experience more pleasant.
Pros: Breakfast was amazing and the hosts made themselves available.
Cons: No heater so the room was a bit cold.
Pros: Very beautiful house with a lot of art. Quiet room comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast and very nice staff.
Pros: Beautiful house, very clean throughout and comfortable bedding. Comfortable robe and bottle of water provided. Charming and helpful lady owning the place + adooorable little dog.
Cons: Unfortunately although planned for, no WiFi yet for the rooms located on second floor (N.B. family suites on first floor are covered nevertheless). No kettle available for hot drinks in the afternoon/evening. Quality of toiletries could be better. My room was too small to really feel at ease.
Pros: the amazing mansion and the perfect organized room
Pros: The house was cozy.
Pros: Home from home
Pros: The place was a bit of a walk from the station with luggage but not too bad. It’s a true b&b and you will get up and have a French breakfast with other guests. Great for a true French experience. The host didn’t speak English overly well so hope to speak a bit of French. Overall a good experience.

Pros: Excellent location; very friendly reception.
Pros: Very friendly and well informed staff. The breakfast was amazing!
Pros: Breakfast room and welcoming
Cons: The only good thing about this place is the location, if you look for a place in the historical centre. The rooms are tired and worn, carpet is stained and freezing cold.
Pros: Location and parking facilities.
Cons: Room was a disappointment and very cold during the night. Safe and heating not working. Stained carpet. Rooms would benefit from renovating. The only nice places are the lobby and breakfast room.

In the heart of Mulhouse, the 4-star Mercure Mulhouse Centre hotel welcomes you opposite the Rhin-Rhône TGV train station and in direct proximity to the tram to facilitate your leisure and business travel in the city. Combining a sense of service and a contemporary setting, this fully renovated Mercure hotel is sure to impress, while our staff will help you discover our culture and gastronomy. When the summer comes, guests can also enjoy our new terrace.
Pros: A very comfortable bed The hotel is close to the train station and only a few minutes away from the lovely old town
Cons: A little face lifting in the bath and in the room (curtains, etc.) is needed
Pros: The room and facilities were fine
Cons: Reception on arrival was excellent and the staff we met until leaving were all pleasant. However, on leaving we went to checkout and the young lady receptionist was on the telephone. She totally ignored us for some minutes while she completed her conversation even though at one stage it was clear that she was waiting for a response from whoever she was talking to. When she had finished the call she then turned to me to see what I wanted without any apology for the delay. This I felt was totally rude and unprofessional. All that was required was a smile and "I'll be with you in a minute" followed by "I'm sorry for the delay."which is exactly what happened at another hotel on our journey.
Pros: The breakfast was wonderful, best scrambled eggs I have had for many years - room comfortable, very convenient as adjacent to trams, station and shops
Cons: Nothing !
Pros: Comfy and big bed. Friendly staff. Great location by the railway station.
Cons: no complaints
Pros: Friendly staff, location right between train station and city center
Cons: Extemely old and depressing furniture and lighting. Remaining from 60’s im guessing?! The pillows need to be changed immediately.
Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful- exchanged our rooms for us without complaint.
Cons: Room was cold, window left wide open - no doubt to get rid of the smell of smoke. Air vents were filthy. I recognise the need to economise water- but I do expect enough water pressure to be able to have a comfortable shower and wash my hair.
Pros: very comfortable rooms
Pros: Reception and welcome was really good. We were allowed to park under the hotel. Modern look and feel in general and the rooms and bathrooms were modern as well. Shower gave enough water. Breakfast was exceptional.
Cons: The hallways could use new carpet.

Pros: Central, clean and comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast wasn't the best. Service or cooked food.
Pros: Very nice old style building with a nice atmosphere, probably one of the best option in central Mulhouse.
Cons: Water taps in the bathroom separate warm and cold - which is old fashioned and not practical. Breakfast was good but expensive for what it is.

Pros: The hotel staff have been very kind. They have provided to me very nice attentions such as gluten free products.
Pros: The staff were wonderfully friendly and welcoming. The room was quiet. Perfectly functional.
Cons: I love Ibis because you know what you will get: good, clean rooms, and value for money. This Ibis is a bit tired. The room stank of cigarette smoke. The shower was not perfectly clean.

Pros: the friendliness , kind , and helpful service. Excellent breakfast.
Cons: rooms are a little cramped , but we expect that in europe.Sorry, on question below, did not read reviews

Cons: They double charged me for this booking and now I’m struggling to get the money back
Pros: Location perfect for our staff off on way from Italy to London. Bed was super comfortable. In room coffee - nice. Parking was secure and service was impeccable

Pros: Fairly easy to find.
Cons: Room nothing like the pictures. Small, very tired looking and very basic. Breakfast ok but not particularly good value.
Pros: Great value for money, very good location of the hotel. And delicious dinner at the Restaurant downstairs!
Pros: Friendly staff. We ate in both nights and the food was good. Very popular with locals too. The room was fine. I had to request a hairdryer as it didn't come automatically and there was not one available so I had to wait, but it was fine.
Cons: It's not in an ideal location, so you have to drive to get anywhere, but we came for the train and the motor museums so we expected this.
Pros: Large car park in a quite area
Cons: The room was the far too noise due to the internal wooden steps leading to the attic. Also noises coming from other rooms could be easily heard.
A stone's throw from the tram, the ibis Mulhouse Centre Filature hotel and restaurant has 70 air-conditioned rooms, including 3 for people with reduced mobility. Amenities: secure car park (reservation required), bar, terrace, snack service and 2 meeting rooms. Ideally located in a great area close to the old town, exhibition center, car museum, cinema and the La Filature culture and arts center. Opposite: bike rentals, green areas and footpaths along the canal. 15.5 miles from Basel-Mulhouse Airport.
Cons: Upon checkout, I requested for the invoice , the fee for hotel was fully paid in an unrefundable rate, though the staff withdraw 32 Euro without asking, I saw in bill there is 32 Euro noted for parking which I have not used, he withdraw money knowing that we have not used the parking without even asking.
Pros: Good location near the city center. A park with a ”lake” right outside the window. Small room but for one night it’s OK.
Cons: Entrance to the garage is only 1.9 m high so a car with a box on the roof can’t enter. Smoking right in front of the entrance brings the smoke in to your room. Cooling in the room did not work.
Pros: Room was ok. Very nice breakfast. Parking only 7 euro.
Cons: Coach party filled the restaurant at breakfast and we had to wait an hour yet there was a completely empty meeting room right next door that they could have used.
Pros: We've spent a night in a double room. The bathroom was nice, big shower and fluffy towels, and the bed was super comfortable.
Cons: The only negative point is that the bed was way too big for the actual bedroom and we had barely any space for walking around it (and not jumping on it from the bottom) and opening the suitcase.
Cons: extremely noisy for 5th floor, elevator doesn’t work , parking area doesn’t user friendly, for restaurant there is not a lot of things in the menu
Pros: Mulhouse is very nice place with so many connectiona all over Alsace south Germany and Suisse but cheaper than neigborhood.
Cons: A long line for breakfast especialy for coffe (there is only one cofee ma hine)
Pros: The staff amazing, the location opposite a little canal ,the bakery at the end of the road berthin amazing baguette and all the pastry nice breakfast and kougeloupf really good 8mn walk to the centre, secure area
Cons: A coffe machine in room
Pros: The staff - especially the ladies on the Reception Desk - were very helpful and spoke good English. Overall the hotel was smart and comfortable - to a standard above that expected. The bed and the shower were especially good. The breakfast was very good too.
Cons: The (evening) meals were rather small, and not all items on the menu were available. I was surprised the barman did not know what (pression) beer he was serving.

Pros: Good beds, shower, nice spot in city center, clean.
Cons: Breakfast was expensive (€9,50) and basic; not so good. Bread with jam or cheese. No yoghurt or cereals, no eggs. Expensive parking
Pros: Closed parking and large family room with air conditioning . The bathroom was recently updated and very nice
Cons: The breakfast area was too small for the number of guests. There were parts in the room were you could see work was done but not finished nicely (e.g no nice paint job )
Cons: I did not like that the bathroom was without window and the wet towels smelled
Pros: Budget hotel in good location
Cons: Not very atmospheric
Pros: Receptionist do not speak English,
Cons: Receptionist do not speak English,
Pros: Plenty of hot water, seperate toilet.
Cons: Hairs in the bath before our use, drab room.
Pros: Staff very helpful and enthusiastic.
Pros: very helpfull staff, who were very keen to enhance our stay
Pros: The manager and staff of this hotel were very helpful to a non French speaking guest, especially the manager who has command of 7 Eiuropean languages including English. The architetecture of the hotel is of an era long gone by but is being restored. They serv e an exzcellent breakfast. It is located at an easy walk from the station, even for me a 75year old. All in all, it is good value for what you pay.
Pros: Off road parking in centre of town
Pros: Great location, friendly staff.
Cons: There are several rooms being remodeled. At first I was put in one of these rooms, which were not fit to be inhabited...even though there were other empty rooms. A short discussion with the manager mended matters.
Pros: The hotel is close to most of the places of interest.
Cons: The hotel is old and rooms does not justify the rates.
Pros: Staff where very helpful and taught us some Italian as that was our destination. Fabulous old decor, typical old french hotel, full of characture and within strolling distance to the beautiful town square.
Pros: greeat manager good staff and location
Cons: a little old fashioned but wifi was useful
Pros: The proprietor was very friendly. I was worried about what the room would be like based on the hallways etc, but it was really nice and homey and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay there.
Cons: The see through door on the bathroom. We were traveling with our two daughters, and that made privacy a bit of a problem. Also it was a bit noisy and warm with no fans or AC but this is a common problem in Europe.
Pros: Nice people. Quiet. Good breakfast. Good parking.
Cons: Elevator needs to be fixed.
With a stay at Hotel le Strasbourg in Mulhouse, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Parc Expo de Mulhouse and Cite de l'Automobile. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Room and bathroom are very clean, there's a elevator to help us with our luggage, I will definitely come back!
Cons: I don't wanted room service, but they come everyday. I suggest a tag for the guest to put on the door, so that the guest can choose if wants service room or not...
Cons: Noicy at night and rooms cold
Pros: Central location Parking for free
Cons: Furniture and room basic but ok for the price
Cons: Dirty cold room. Almost broken elevator. Very very uncomfortable bed.
Pros: Location, spacious room, free parking
Pros: -Great location next to the old town -Private Car Park next to the hotel entrance -Breakfast was fine -Heating worked good -Friendly staff
Cons: -Very noisy room because of tram and traffic outside (probably old windows don't isolate well) -Tobacco Smell next to the room entrance, probably coming from the Hotel Office. -Old room and not very clean -Broken closet, dangerous for children and adults
Pros: Staff was very friendly and responsible
With a stay at Hotel Campanile Mulhouse Sud - Morschwiller in Morschwiller-le-Bas, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Parc Expo de Mulhouse and Electropolis Museum. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby and multilingual staff. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Good location
Cons: Evening meal was terrible the sweet was ok breakfast was a joke 1st day we went for breakfast there was not a lot left and they did not replenish it at all. Today we went it just as they opened and the bread was stale no pastries what a waste of money. Rubbish bin out side our room was overflowing we asked could it be emptied as rubbish was over flown was now on the ground out side our room only to be told it was not there job (2hrs late the bins were emptied but we should not of had to ask ) Room was ok but not very clean curtains had holes in them and after the cleaner had been in she had left our window wide open and as we were on the ground floor anyone could have go in not impressed. Evening meal for our second night was a kfc which is a very short walk away and was 100 times better than the hotel. This is hotel is used a lot by working men. You only get what you pay for but in this case this place was not worth it.
Pros: The breakfast was really good (fruits, patisserie, muesli, cheese, sausages, baguette, croissant, petits-pains au chocolat, juices, etc.) and several machine-ready drinks such as hot chocolate. Within the room the bathroom was clean and the room in general was also clean. The location was close to the highway which is what we needed. There was a little ventilator that we used and a 27 inch (approximately) TV that we didn't use. So on these points we were happy.
Cons: However it was a bit weird to enter the room because it didn't smell very fresh and it wasn't really clear if the bed-sheets (especially the pillow covers) had been changed. We however were confident that the Campanile brand are a good company and we thus just trusted that the bed-sheets (especially pillow covers) were a bit messy (we expected more flat sheets and a better smell) because of the way the person had worked and not because it hadn't been changed. The hair drier wasn't in the room, but you could ask for one (at the reception, which we found out the next day), which you don't do if you just get out of the shower. Also, for breakfast we didn't really find the water. That's the negative points.
Pros: It was convenient
Cons: Staff were unhelpful and made no effort to speak English , would not go back
Pros: Location easy family friendly
Cons: Room could have been cleaner
Pros: Comfortable mattress on the bed. We slept very well. We had a delicious dinner even after arriving quite late at the hotel's restaurant.
Cons: Everything about the hotel is average. Good for a single night's sleep or stop over but wouldn't stay longer than a night. Cleanliness is much to be desired. Also the breakfast was packed up at 9 and we had to miss it when we turned up at the restaurant a little around 9.15 as we slept a little longer due to arriving quite late in the night. Unlike the norm in all other hotels in europe whereever we stayed where breakfast is continued to be served until 10. We had requested clearly in advance to allocate an easy to access room for a disabled guest but this was overlooked and we were allocated a room not accessible with a wheelchair on the upper floors. But the receptionist tried his best and gave us a room on the ground floor which however was not easy to reach with a wheelchair. Very slow WiFi.
Pros: It is a place to sleep at least
Cons: I anticipated more from Campanile. The room was outdated, and extremely warm; a fan was present but could not really make the situation better. There were no sheets around our pillows; after asking the reception they hardly said anything, didn't apologize, just threw 2 sheets on the counter and we could go off and fit them ourselves. The hotel environment is worn down and doesn't feel safe at night. Although the room charge was not bad, value for money wise still a very bad deal.
With a stay at Enzo Hotels in Morschwiller-le-Bas, you'll be in a shopping district, within a 15-minute drive of Parc Expo de Mulhouse and Electropolis Museum. Featured amenities include express check-in, multilingual staff, and coffee/tea in a common area. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The staff is polite and friendly.
Cons: The rooms are small, the bathroom is also very small... From the photos I would expect something else...
Pros: Family friendly and good value for money. Staff efficient and smiling.
Cons: Cleanliness of the bathroom, and the size of the bathroom (linked to a triple family room).
Pros: Parking was OK.
Cons: It was really bad! Very small room. Very creaking bad, vary used-up bad, not working outfall from shower.
Pros: The reception guy Yassin he is very nice and polite friendly professional , Thank you Yassin for the nice welcoming The breakfast was good and the reception lady she is polite and kind.
Pros: Very friendly staff
Cons: Bed very noisy and not comfortable. Neighbours smoking in the room.
Pros: Clean rooms
Cons: Guests in the closer rooms where very noisy all night long
