Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it ideal for exploring Saumur and the surrounding area. The staff is frequently described as friendly and helpful, and many guests appreciate the comfortable beds and quality of sleep. However, there are recurring concerns about cleanliness in some rooms and bathrooms, as well as extra charges for amenities like the pool, parking, and breakfast. The breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying the variety and others disappointed by limited options or service. Overall, the hotel is valued for its convenience and welcoming atmosphere, though improvements in cleanliness and clearer communication about additional fees would enhance the experience.AI-generated from customer reviews
