Pros (+) From the outside the building looks nice, the lobby is also nice, but the rooms are bad.
Cons (-) The hotel carpets are dirty and the rooms need remodeling, everything in the rooms is very dated.

Pros (+) Breakfast was pretty good...standard fast food fair with exception of self-make waffles. Room was decent size with large bed and fridge/microwave combo.
Cons (-) I killed three roaches in the bathroom...to be fair, they were spraying when I was there.

Cons (-) This is a pet friendly hotel yet every time we left and our dog barked we got a phone call to return. They had us in a room right next to the front desk and breakfast area which would cause her to bark. We requested a new room and they said they didn't have any availability.
