Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently appreciate the hotel's central location, making it easy to access the old town and city center. The staff receives positive remarks for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating, with several guests noting excellent service and communication. Parking is highlighted as a convenient feature, with secure and accessible options available. However, cleanliness is a recurring concern, particularly in bathrooms and common areas, and breakfast quality and variety often fall short of expectations. Despite these issues, the overall atmosphere is welcoming, and many guests find the hotel suitable for families and comfortable stays.
