Pros: Excellent. Tancho is the best
Cons: 3rd time to stay at this hotel....We requested 1 queen or King bed in our room instead of 2 doubles.
6,7 Good
Pros: The view
Cons: Room was a little smaller than expected.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It's located at the best place in Sapporo!
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location is great.
Cons: The room ‘executive’ is small.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff Best location - connected to Sapporo Station and major shopping malls (Stellar Place, ESTA, APIA, DAIMARU) comfortable bed and very nice view Very decent spa facilities with real natural hotspring
Cons: pricey breakfast and no free parking for guests
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The location is excellent if you need access to the Stellar shopping/restaurant centre or the JR station. The staff were very helpful and highly responsive. Many spoke very good English.
Cons: The bathrooms were clean and very well stocked but one of them had an odd smell. The rooms while labeled as non-smoking clearly had been smoked in. I don't know if that was permitted but the smell woke me up and my throat hurt from it. Air purifiers are placed in each room but I think that is a part acknowledgment that guests smoke in the rooms (whether permitted or not).
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The best location in Sapporo. Nice breakfast with great view on the 35th floor.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location right above the JR station, subway, bus station and a taxi rank, so getting out and about couldn't be easier. Comfy room, small but efficiently planned bathroom, great view! Staff are all fantastic - very warm, friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast at Nijo Market - bbq king crab's leg and scallops. Simple but delicious. A must-try.
7,9 Good
Pros: Very convenient. Just next to Sapporo Station.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: A well located hotel. Lots of shops and restaurants and bars in the complex plus the JR train line and subway. We had a corner room so a great view of Sapporo. Much better value than some other hotels we looked at. Very pleasant staff eager to please
Cons: No complaints.

Cons: food: I was ok with food, but dad got sick after eating raw fish Onsen water is not as good as noboribetsu small parking lot
6,5 Good
Pros: good food and good onsen.
Cons: The front desk check-in clerk wasn't too courteous. Her English was good but her attitude wasn't impressive. We asked a question about the extra credit card fee of 3.5% but she avoided answer or didn't care. Also, she did not explain other details use of facilities very well. Fortunately, the assistant who guided us to the room was very courteous and helpful. Also, I sent them a email asking for the possibility of changing a smoking room to a non-smoking room but never had a answer for that from the hotel. I was disappointed with their ignoring my inquiry in advance.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The dinner and breakfast were outstanding in quality and presentation. The staff were very polite and attentive. The public bath was also very good and well appointed.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location is great - walking distance to many places, especially to Nijo market, and to restaurants. Will stay here again next time we go to Sapporo. And will highly recommend to friends going to Sapporo
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Mercury isnt too close to the Sapporo station but is also in a very good location.. Minutes walk from the subway, many restaurants and shopping around, and the morning market is within a few minutes walk. Only drawback I can think of is the room is a bit small.... After you open a suitcase it becomes difficult to walk around.
7,9 Good
Pros: it’s situated near two subway station making access easy. There are a number of restaurants nearby. The staff, both front desk and housekeeping were friendly and helpful.
Cons: Rather disappointed with the morning breakfast buffet - the selections were more oriented towards Japanese dishes and the buffet selections were always the same for all 6 days of our stay.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel is simply perfect for the Sapporo city area and the Deluxe Twin Room is very spacious, easily accommodating a family of 4, and it was very clean. There is a very convenient paid parking next to the property. The reception desk staff were very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely return to it when I visit Sapporo again.
Cons: The reception desk is on the 3rd Floor and you are required to take 2 sets of elevators to actually go to your room. That is really the only negative point. Everything else was simply perfect and great.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Clean comfort and big room. Very good a/c, bathroom and bath tub. Superb breakfast and ice cream. Great location just 3 minutes walk from ramen street, kaiten sushi. Near two subway stations, susukino with elevator and hosuisusukino.

Pros: We would specially like to commend Mr Thierry for his help in answering all our questions and also his recommentation of places of interest to visit. His patience and willingness to guide us (first visit to Sapporo) is an example of service at its best. For his efforts, we would surely recommend Mecure Hotel to our friends and relatives.
6,7 Good
Pros: Excellent design, spacious room and very comfortable. Helpful staff and good location. The rooms are modern and in very good shape. Excellent value for money, especially during weekdays.
Cons: Wireless internet would be a plus. Also, breakfast is a bit pricy. I would have preferred a cheaper continental breakfast.

Pros: Localisation in the City Centre
Hotel Clubby Sapporo - Sapporo - Building

9,6 Excellent
Cons: Nothing
7,1 Good
Pros: The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.
Cons: The process to cancel and change the reservation was terrible. So i spend a lot of time to explain about situation.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: Overall, this was a very nice stay. Reasonably-sized rooms for Japan, pleasant staff, and overall a good value. Being across the street from the Sapporo Factory mall with lots of good dining and shopping options makes up for the fact that it's not very close to downtown (plus there is literally ALWAYS a taxi immediately available). Breakfast, while not included, was still a good deal with their coupon.
Cons: It was farther from the city center than I would have liked, and I would have liked in-room coffee and not only green tea, but that is pretty minor. Our mini-fridge did not work but we managed.
2,5 Mediocre
Pros: nothing,都不满意
Cons: Room is small, site is far , hotel is old.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast and I was really comfortable when I was here

Dormy Inn Sapporo Annex Hot Spring - Sapporo - Building

8,6 Excellent (3 281 reviews)
R1 559+
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Dormy Inn Sapporo Annex Hot Spring in Sapporo (Sapporo City Centre), you'll be steps from Sapporo Tanukikoji Shopping Street and 5 minutes by foot from Odori Park. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The bath.
Cons: No sheet on the bed. Just a duvet. Far too hot.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, large bed, nice onsen to relax. Surprise offer - free coffee during the day and free noodle soup in the evening.
7,9 Good
Pros: Very close to the park which was hosting autumn food festival.
Cons: Pillows are very hard.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located at a popular shopping street. Very convenient. The hotel is clean. It offered free Raman noodle for supper!! The buffet breakfast is expansive but has lot of variety!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness of the hotel
Cons: With the front desk staff I encountered it was difficult to make them understand because of the language barrier . Howe, that’s my fault as much as there’s as I can’t speak Japanese!
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Dormy INN is one of my favorite brands of hotels. They provide all these little extra services during your stay to make you more comfortable - free ramen as a night snack, open bath on the top floor, free laundry services (dryer is pay per 15 minutes), and free shuttle to the Sapporo JR station in the morning after you checked out. All considerate additions to just a hotel stay. The room is regular Japanese standard size, which is not very big, but OK with me as I was traveling alone. All bathroom amenities provided, plus more if you are using the public bath on the top floor. The public bath is indoors. This hotel is located right on the Tanuki Koji Shopping Street. Besides shopping along the pedestrian only street, there is no lack of eateries anywhere you go around the neighborhood. The hotel provides a map of restaurants nearby and gives you suggestions if you tell them what you like. The free morning taxi from the hotel to the Sapporo JR station requires booking the night before you leave and it's only one directional when you check out from the hotel. I took a taxi from the Sapporo station on arrival to the hotel and it cost slightly close to 1100 yen during busy hour traffic. A cheaper way to get to the hotel would be by train on the Namboku Line. Two stations from the Sapporo JR station + seven minutes walk from the Susukino station after you get off the train. If you are not bringing a huge suitcase, this is quite doable.
Cons: I could see the open bath area getting crowded if a lot of people should decide to use it at the same time. Not an extremely large facility.
7,1 Good
Pros: Room was tiny. Service was good and complimentary ramen was a plus. Location was great
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I always put up at the Dormy Inn (Premium or Annex) if available. The room is clean, the staff are friendly and supportive, the public hot springs (you can enjoy both of Annex’s and Premium’s) are special. and the breakfast is amazing with lots of local products. The location is just perfect.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: I am very fond of this hotel, having stayed here on my various visits to Sapporo. Its location in the covered Tenukigoji Shopping Arcade makes it a convenient place to stay, and is welcome for returning in the evening if it is raining. The staff are very helpful and pleasant, and they make it a relaxed place to stay. Breakfast is very good, with plenty of healthy choices. That it is served til 10.00am each morning is welcome if you are a late to bed person. I love the Onsen, and that it is open through the night, which means you don’t have to rush back to use it. The free laundry service is a real plus, as is the free taxi service to the JR Station. The double room is comfortable for a single person, but might be a tighter squeez for a couple.
Cons: The number of tv channels is very limited, and there might have been more accessories offered in the room, for example a sponge and cream lotions. It’s not cheap to stay here, but is to be expected, especially at weekends, in the summer season. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to any visitor to Sapporo.

Pros: Convenient location (1 min walk to the MRT station exit 3) and near to the city center (3 stops to Sapporo station). Staff was friendly and there was a souvenir shop inside the hotel that carried a large range of products.
Cons: No complimentary water.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is at the edge of Nakajima Park with beautiful views of the mountains.
Cons: It was a little to formal for me.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great location
Cons: We had a smoking room which did not smell nice for non-smokers and breakfast was not included.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and well presented.
Cons: The price we paid for what I would call a basic room was extortionate. We have travelled around Japan and stayed in some amazing hotels. The price we paid for a night was by far the most expensive. When I look now at the room rate for the hotel it is half the price. I am assuming the rate was increased due to the Rugby matches in the area. We booked the hotel as we were visiting Sapporo to watch England play in the tournament. I was prepared to pay the rate thinking we would be getting luxury. This was far from luxury. We haven't stayed in a hotel of this standard for many years. Very disappointing.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great location! The park was lovely to walk around in the morning. Subway stop right at the hotel and 2 stops to Odori park. Nice sized rooms for Japan for 4 of us. Lovely view of the park.
Cons: Nil

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room compared to most of those in Japan, convenient but quiet location.
Cons: Nothing
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The hotel is showing some signs of age but is very well maintained and clean
Cons: As I was there during the rugby World Cup the prices were quite high
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This is a fabulous hotel. Beautifully appointed, excellent, attentive staff, comfortable and spacious rooms and in a fabulous location. The check-in process was fantastic, from being greeted at the door of the hotel, our baggage carried inside to the check-in desk, to the staff member who escorted us to our room and showed us how everything worked. They even called the room after 30 minutes to make sure we had everything we needed once we had had time to familairise ourselves. Lots of space for all 4 of us. Lovely bar and restaurant areas, witht he added bonus of a pianist/singer on an evening. Located a short walk from the city centre, and with a subway station right outside, it was really handy. The beautiful Nakajima park is on the doorstop and provides great views fromt he rooms, well worth a walk around.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location close to the station and the botanical gardens. I like the public baths they have at this chain and the coffee/tea service on the ground floor too.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Staff is very helpful. I booked a smoking room and was able to change to a non smoking room during check in. The restaurant offers free coffee after 3pm and is a good place to take a break.
Cons: Water in the public bath is not clean enough. The bath is too close to the shower area.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very professional and polite. An absolute amazing experience with Mitsui Gardens. Just booked another stay in Tokyo with them but not too sure if it's the same chain. If it is....I highly recommend this chain.

Pros: The hotel location was great because it was at the subway exit. There was a bus stop for the airport bus shuttle just in front of the hotel which made you be able to go to the airport so convenient.
Cons: The hotel public bath was closed at 2am and reopened at 6am which was not appropriate at all because we had an early flight leaving the hotel at 6.30am so we could not relax ourselves at the onsen before departure. The public bath should have been opened all night and closed just for cleaning after 10am.

Pros: Cleanliness and location
Cons: Rooms can be quite small

Pros: Location! The property is directly across Odori Park. Taxis are readily available next to the intersection or passing by. Took the taxi to/from the JR station at a reasonable rate. English speaking staff, room size, cleanliness, etc. were excellent. We bought the western/Japanese breakfast buffet for 1300 yen and it was satisfying. Walking distance to a large fabric store, 3 100 yen stores (Daiso, Seria), dept stores, convenience stores, and other shops. Very reasonable rate.
Cons: Everything OK

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very helpful and friendly. Newspaper delivered to room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great - just between the main subway station and the main train station and either could be accessed underground (good in inclement weather). Also the bus from new Chitose airport stopped right at the hotel. There were so many choices for breakfast and everything we had was great. Breakfast was great - so many choices both Japanese and western and had locally grown items.
Cons: I can't think of what anything that could have been better.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location was superb. Short walk from Sapporo station, close to Odori park. There’s connected underground walkways that span quite far and has so many stores, so you can just stay down there if the weather is bad. Staff was very welcoming, polite and attentive. Even when we put up the no housekeeping sign they still asked if we wanted bottled water refill. Room size and amenities are adequate. It was more spacious than Tokyo hotels.
Cons: Property itself is quite dated. Also quite pricey but I guess that’s the cost of hotels around the area. They also don’t provide late check out option at no cost, so we had to pay extra (noticing this more and more with hotels in Asia).
7,5 Good
Pros: Excellent location, close to many sights and the train station.
6,7 Good
Pros: Did not take the breakfast so cannot comment.
Cons: The bathroom tiles were not cleaned properly, yellow stains could be removed to make it more comfortable.

Cons: Nothing.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location is excellent, centrally located to most everything in Sapporo. Staff provided good service. There is luggage storage if you arrive before 15:00 (note that early check-in is not possible).
Cons: Mattress was too firm for me. Room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was in a non-smoking floor.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Super great location, connecting to JR Sapporo station.
Cons: The room is quite small as usual in Japan.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel just located opposite to Sapporo station on JR side. Really great for traveling around the city or another cities.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: NA
Cons: Not one English channel on TV (news). I was able to connect on wifi in room but could not use text, email and calling. Computer in lounge brouser would not connect me to Spectrum so I could not get any emails. I was disconnected to friends. Staff was great location close to train station and great shopping areas close to hotel.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: 1. Just opposite the Sapporo Station/JR Tower and linked from basement 1 straight to the station, Daimaru, bus terminal etc. 2. Airport limo bus stop just in front of hotel 3. Walking distance to Odori Oark, Sapporo Clock Tower, Sapporo TV Tower, Aurora Town, Pole Town, eateries, etc.

Pros: Very gd location , just 3 min walk from Sapporo station , tiny room .
Cons: A bit expensive as single room in lady floor , no breakfast included ,
9,6 Excellent
Pros: It's right next to the Sapporo station. Underground walkway connects the hotel with the station. In my opinion, it's more convenient to stay near Sapporo station than Susukino.
Cons: Nothing
5,4 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Old school hotel that isn’t equipped with user friendly features like other modern compact hotel rooms
7,9 Good
Pros: The hotel location is terrific. It's located just opposite to the JR Sapporo Station and Daimaru Sapporo, where our shopping desire has been fully satisfied. Also there are various restaurants located in the station and you can easily find your favorite taste. Just around the corner there's a convenient store. How convenient! The room is not big, but not smaller than a regular Japanese hotel room and there are many TV channels to choose from (you can switch the voice channel to have the original English language in some channels), which was good for us, tired tourists in need of rest. The check-out is self served so you need to pay in full in advance. We find it convenient (again!!) too because we had to catch an early JR and we did not have to wait a long queue just to return our keys.
