Sapporo Grand Hotel is located at the center of activities we could enjoy in Sapporo. Close to best restaurants, shopping malls, and fun activities that family can enjoy in Sapporo. Hotel staffs were very helpful to make reservation for popular restaurants and get directions to places. I would love to recommend Sapporo Grand Hotel to others visiting Sapporo at any occasions.

Pros (+) Location is excellent, centrally located to most everything in Sapporo. Staff provided good service. There is luggage storage if you arrive before 15:00 (note that early check-in is not possible).
Cons (-) Mattress was too firm for me. Room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was in a non-smoking floor.

Pros (+) It's located in the heart of Sapporo, it's easy to get around from the location. The room came included with nice robes and slippers. If you can book with the meals I would highly recommend it. There's three excellent brunch spots to choose from with 2 being buffets.
Cons (-) It was probably because I was staying during the Sapporo Snow Festival that it costs more than $300 a night but it was still too rich for my blood.

Pros (+) Good location that was walking distance to many tourist sites, restaurants, and transportation. It had several comprehensive breakfast buffets. Lots of bathroom samples and extras.
Cons (-) The room itself was clean but felt a bit outdated and worn, especially the bathroom, as did the hallway. Room seemed larger in photo.
