Pros: Very clean. Great Wi-Fi. Nice staff. Lovely area which felt very safe to walk around, even at night, unlike other parts of Sao Paulo. We had a tiny private outdoor space too. Lots of nice bars in easy walking distance plus a shop and pharmacy.

Pros: Great value for money, amazing location. Felt completely safe the entire stay and very welcomed. The cafe is also a great bonus, with really great prices on the food and drinks for guests. Biometric security was really handy too!

Pros: Good location In general was ok for the price
Cons: The water of he shower was only cold. Quite noisy, you hear everything from the rooms around. We were between he kitchen and living room and was too noisy at night. We could hear everything and had difficulties to sleep early. During late night hours was ok ( until 6 am, so barely 6 hours without noise in our case). Staff was not very friendly

Cons: this is a hostel, only suitable for REAL budget travelers. It used to be a cute cross between a hostel and a B&B, now it is ONLY a hostel. So if you want a tiny room, with no windows that is noisy, this is your place

Cons: The personal in the kitchen. We came to the breakfast at 9:30. But the guy with glasses started to collect the pieces of cheese and bread already. We said that in our room the time of breakfast on weekends mentioned as 11. But he refused to throw us even a piece of bread. He was even giggling. Awful personal at the kitchen

Cons: Private room was between communal kitchen and lounge so could be pretty loud depending on who the other guests are and whether they take any notice of the check in slip asking to keep the noise down after 10pm. Shower didn't get particularly warm but it was so hot in SP anyway it wasn't much of a problem.

Cons: Showers did take a while to warm up, some days it didn't get hot enough for me, even after running for a while. But that's the only thing I could think of!

Cons: - The entrance is quite strange. It is not very appealing no. - Despite it shows in the pictures, the toilet/bathroom in the economic bedroom is not very good looking. - The isolation also lacks, it's noisy. - The payment only at the hotel. I like to have it all directly arranged by Booking.com
