Almost perfect
Located perfectly just a block away from the Paulista with access to the great metro system. Few blocks away from MASP. The breakfast is very elegant, served in a delightful space and everything that was served was absolutely delicious. The staff was super attentive, cordial, friendly and very knowledgeable. Our room was clean, nicely designed and very spacious.
Clients should have access to the spa facilities. It’s a cheap and great marketing tool to sell other services and make your guest even happier.

Location
It feels like you're in a two star hotel, but you are actually paying for a five star. They do not provide free water in the rooms. The rooms are outdated and there is chipped wood on the doors.

Hotel was excellent, staff was amazing, especially Fillipe who helped me out loads. A mistake was made to my booking and I was upgraded. This hotel is a true 5 star experience... and it charges 5 star rates... however, I thought the 5 star rates were competitive with other 5 star hotels. Everything really was to the expected standard so I give it full marks.
I was traveling all around Brazil and by the time I got to Tivoli I had some laundry to do. It cost me 430 reais to do a white and dark load... wooops!!! I should have checked that they were charging 10 reais to wash a little pair of underwear... (may as well just buy new stuff for that price). Bit exorbitant to say the least!
