Mercure São Paulo Grand Plaza Paulista

Near to the restaurants, nothing else.

The beds were not comfortable, the room was. It clean, bathroom was old, no bath toiletries, no bedroom slippers being a 4 star hotel. The toilet was blocked and we had to call the maintenance twice. Breakfast was not worth it for the price a paid, no good selection of food.

Just the location was nice. Everything else was kind of a disaster.

I travel a lot and this was by far the worst hotel I have ever been. I never left a negative feedback before but the room was really ugly, with an old fridge noisy and completely empty, not even some water if you got thirsty in the night. The hairdryer was not working and there was not number to call the reception. I had to go down half wet and they gave me one without adaptor. I had to go back down for the second time and they even did not apologise for their mistake, they were kind of rude. The bath was an old one and difficult to access unless you had 2 m legs. The curtains were disgustingly dirty with stains all over and so the armchair and not even one chair to sit at one of the tables to work. I would never suggest to anyone.
